Filtering and contamination.

Maybe less anal.sex or rimming??!?!?
Hold up, if you think rimming could cause intestinal bleeding, then I have some questions about technique that I IN NO WAY want the answers to.

Also, I filter cause I'm loading pen cartridges anyway. I'm not extremely concerned about sterility because I'm not immunocompromised, and these are tiny-volume subq injections. I have reasonable confidence that filtering can take out most of what might cause me an issue, and my own immune system is likely up to the task of handling the rest.

Yea, not a big deal for me to filter either, i bought them but never used them. Think it was calm logic, or Indolent that basically doesnt worry about it. And i look up to those fucks so decided not to do it either. So far ao good?

But I have everything to do it so why not. Its just extra syringes and filters. I dont want to poop blood and mucous after a rimming and ass pounding anal sex session, I mean, no more than usual anyway.
So are you saying a good tossed salad is or isn't on the Reta Diet?!👀

I'm not immunocompromised either. But pooping mucus and blood was a real wake up call. And here I thought dysentery was only in the Oregon Trail.

I got 13mm 0.22um PES filters, individually packaged from ali express, and I flush the filter with about an additional 0.2mL of BAC to retrieve the contents stuck in the filter.

I also got a laminar flow hood from amazon for $260 CAD
If you don't want to spring for a laminar flow hood, there are also collapsable Still Air Boxes used for Mycology (Mushroom growing) for $30, which can be sprayed down. Best of all, use both!

oh yeah, I wouldn't risk not filtering. I'm just saying I believe in the ability of filtering to remove most of what what might be gross, and my immune system can probably get the rest; so I don't worry enough to get a laminar flow hood.

I think it's kind of insane not to filter; like, the facilities where they manufacture the stuff I'm about to shoot up aren't inspected by ANYBODY. Do they have fruit flies in the lab? Maybe! Dunno! Let's spin the wheel, folks!

Oh man, I was all for not filtering before...however, after reconning some famous orange cap T30 from a vendor here...starting feeling weird. Gas and bubble guts in the morning, nausea, some fatigue. I just chalked it up to higher doses of both Tirz and Reta. HOWEVER, this morning I noticed something different (apologies in advance...). Got some bad diarrhea, but that turning into something REALLY strange, clear poop with some blood. Looking it up, symptoms showed it wasn't clear, it was actually mucus. Looking up said symptoms, it brought me to bacillary dysentery.

I'll note that multiple T30 vials from different vendors failed sterility. I have so much orange cap T30 and so many vendors carry it. I'll be filtering from now on, as I feel like absolute shit.🤢
Well now I'm curious AF. I was using compounded Tirz from a 'pharmacy' vendor, and I got intestinally ripped apart in the same way. I'm wondering if they obtained their supply from the same kind of place and sold it to me for $400. It started with a crazy ISR which no steroids or antihistamines would touch, and then became ..well, dysentery isn't a far off description. At the same time, my roommate who was using the same 'pharmacy' vendor got the same violent reactions. That's what put me on this adventure, so that I could control my own supply, dosage, filtering, etc. Everything I've given myself has been problem free. I hope you're feeling better. When I went through it, I thought I was going to have to go to the ER, so I know it's rough as hell.

Still getting over it, but it looks like the worst is over for now. Two days after pin and it doesn't look like symptoms are returning which is so great. I only wish dysentery on scammers.

So, this update is after you pinned the filtered T30? Was the date on that orange cap t30 12/24/2025 or was the crimp green? (love your avatar by the way)

The first batch I tried was from Mix. I also have some from JEEP, but only used Mix so far. I know it failed at ABC and Mix, idk if JEEP ever got sterility tested, but it might have failed too. Trying to find non-orange cap T30 is tough. And everyone is migrating to black T30 now, and I have no idea if they did sterility tests on those yet.

I just purchased 4 kits of T30 and their most recent COA has the orange cap. I filter everything, but fingers crossed they send the black cap and just haven't tested it. Please keep us updated on how you feel after filtering the orange cap.

Thanks for that...So far, you think filtering it helped/fixed it?

In response to IshimaruKenta. I am not trying to suggest that mucus and rectal bleeding could not in theory be caused by contaminants in tirzepatide, but I really cannot think of any possible mechanism that makes any real sense other than tirzepatide causing diarrhoea and the pr bleeding being secondary to anal abrasions or bleeding haemorrhoids irritated by the diarrhoea. In which case it is not due to contaminants just side effects.

In general rectal bleeding and mucus is something that needs medical assessment. Just because you are taking a glp medication does not stop you from catching a bacterial gut infection, from food, water, people or travel and the ones that cause bleeding usually require antibiotics. And then there are the other causes like bowel cancer and inflammatory bowel disease, which need to be at least considered and excluded. Most rectal bleeding is from local anal issues, which will heal up, but ignoring these symptoms is generally considered to be a bad idea, because that is exactly how you get diagnosed with advanced bowel cancer. I see at minimum stool cultures being required, if it might be infective, blood count and maybe colonoscopy. Sorry, they are not much fun.

So I would strongly recommend seeing a doctor.

Well i w a s totally going to start filtering my shit. But instead, with this latest revelation, am just going to cut down on my weekly amounts of rimming.

I knew that i got pinkeye from somewhere, thought it was the ipamorelin being unfiltered, but now think its cause i had my finger in an asshole and then rubbed my eye. Im gonna filter less and shower more from now on. This thread has me feeling all kinds of ways, the biggest being that i dont ever want to shake hands or get something in the mail from Ishi.

Points taken, lesson learned

I could tell you a story about a veterinarian, but I'll refrain so as to keep with the essence of the original post .

Well, tirzepatide is the only injection I've done, multiple vendors sold T30 that failed sterility and my symptoms start just after I pinned myself. Given that I've been on tirzepatide since July, never had diarrhea prior to this, never pooped clear mucus with some blood, and have all the symptoms of bacillary dysentery, I'm going to assume it's from the contaminated vials. 🤷‍♂️

Damnit, and I was just going to mail you some handpicked keepsakes. 😢

I might have spoken too soon. Started feeling symptoms again (no mucus yet luckily). I think I'm just going to toss the rest of the Mix T30. Despite filtering, it didn't seem to get rid of what I have. I bought 4 kits of Mix T30 and I'm pretty pissed that all the vials I've tried so far, are bad. Now I'm debating whether to recon the T30 from JEEP I have. I'm honestly not excited about any orange cap T30. Has anyone seen a sterility test for the black cap T30?

And since no vendor guarantees sterility, I'm pretty disappointed that I wasted all that money on this.

That seems like a wild combination! 😆 Laminar flow hoods are great but the Ali Express filters are always sus. I use the Biologix ones linked below and it looks like they have free shipping to Canada for the filters as well if you ever want to upgrade.

While everyone is looking at the peptide as one likely culprit (and maybe it is), I still see so many people relying blindly on vendors/resellers/Amazon BAC waters without any afterthought. This irks me.

Filtering is so inexpensive I really think should be in the first hour of the first lesson of our peptide hobby.

Only Hospira for me.

Thanks for the link! I couldn’t find a good Canadian source where they are individually wrapped. That price is actually cheaper than the Ali express one I ordered too

Are there more people here having issues with the orange cap T30? I also will have it (if it arrives next week), but different vendor. Planing to test it and filter it.

You're welcome! I put in some random address in Alberta to confirm the free shipping so I didn't tell you wrong. Check out their accessories section too, they have some fun cheap swag there 😎

They may ship free to all countries for everything except reagents so it's worth checking out for anyone looking for filters.

So far I've only tested Mix's T30 orange cap. I have JEEP's as well, but I haven't used it yet. Trying to find non-orange cap (and now black cap) is tough.

Sorry to hear you have had a bad time. It is never fun having GI issues. I've had a couple of bad episodes of stomach pain when I was taking Mounjaro so I know how awful it can feel.

I've been using JEEPs orange cap T30 for about a month and have had no problems. It has been circulating since June 25, so I think if there was some issue with it causing widespread problems we would probably have heard of it by now.

I have seen some COAs of T30 orange as high as 36mg (Aurora). If you presume that it's all from the same place then could it be that your injected dose is higher than you think it is? Your symptoms and their onset match what you might see with a dose related side effect rather than something like dysentery.

Shigella - the bacteria that causes dysentery would be extremely unlikely in a a lyophilised vial and it would also need to be consumed orally to infect the gut epithelia where the infection takes. You cannot get dysentery by injecting shigella via the sub cutaneous route.

Peter Magic in his PepTok interview says that the most common failed test is sterility for anything tested at 3-5%, but filtering would almost negate any of that risk. There may be some endotoxin risk, but I'm not sure even that would explain your symptoms. They fit the picture of a dose related side effect much closer. I would not be so quick to throw all your T30 away! Maybe try a lower dose filtered with Hospira and see how that goes. I'd even be tempted to prepare a single dose with sterile water for injections so you have removed any other factors and inject half of what you usually take and see how you feel. I think there is hope for your T30 yet!
