I have really bad ADHD and it is affecting my professional life and personal life. A lot of half finished projects at home and a lot of half finished reports at work. I can't keep going on like this. II would love to actually get on prescription meds but even with my insurance (which is pretty good) it will cost an arm and a leg. Just curious if anyone has success stories with using Selank and Semax for treating ADHD?

I don't have a success story for you, I actually just today started with Selank for the first time. I am curious how it will go and also curious to hear if anyone has any success stories, as I've been reading some mixed things

I don't have ADHD, but I have read that Semax helps with focus for people that do. One redditor even said the were able to reduce their dosage of Vyvanse because of it, but you're only supposed to cycle it for a max of 30 days and then have a 30 day washout. Take a look at NA Semax and Adamax, also. They are all derivatives of Semax.

Looking forward to hearing the feedback from others. I just started NA Semax Amid and intend on adding Selank after the first round. Too soon to tell if it is helping.

ordered and will be starting selank soon - am already on vyvanse and working well for me for increased focus, but worsens anxiety which affects task initiation - curious if experimenting with selank will help with this, like how some ppl use anti-anxiety meds along with their stimulants. Cannot really afford titration rn/would take forever to go through the NHS so though I've no guarantee if it'll work I feel it's worth a try

Haven’t tried it yet but I am on the same quest. I have noticed that on SS31/Mots C though I have a lot of “natural” energy and focus and I find myself reaching for my adderall prescription a lot less frequently. So it’s worth checking those out too.

Have lived with ADHD for all of my life. Mostly have tried to direct it towards work with pretty decent results. I recently retired and have returned to part time work in order to maintain sanity from nothing to do, also has funded a ridiculous supply of peptides. Recently started taking HGH which in addition to improving knee arthritis has set me on a wacky posting binge. Working with, rather than against ADHD can be rewarding.

thats an issue I have at work. I know a task is going to be very difficult so I just dissasociate and put it off because of anxiety. might actually help taking selank

I have NA semax & selank and adamax to try for my ADHD (gotta finish up some other pep cycles first) but a friend of mine has used it subq and nasal and swears by it for helping her symptoms.

Can't disagree there. I responded to a text a week ago asking me to do a difficult project that has never been done in the US. Unfortunately, I have an inability to say no and took on not only the project but ownership of the project. I have been busting my retired ass all weekend feeling serious regret at accepting the task. At the end, there was still the euphoria of successful completion and more enjoyment of the fact that I have zero obligations looking forward. I am actually glad that I did it based on the fact that a really physical activity was a good thing and is motivating for me to take advantage of the fact that Medicare will pay for a basic gym membership. Moving forward, it is a good thing to understand that physical activity is going to be required to maintain health.

I find myself to be wound a bit too tightly. Terminating the HGH experiment in spite of the fact that it helps my arthritis.

I use Semax and Selank for ADHD, and it really helps me a lot.
Less exhausted etc.
Subq didn't work, nasal spray is KING.
People also use Epitalon, but I got daytime sleepy, but I'll try again in a lower dose.
So could you explain how you do the nasal spray? I've got pure saline, but the bottles are 44ml. TIA

those are huge bottles ! 🙂
I just follow this guide
I went with these as they're glass

and this sterile water. Waaaaay too many, lol. I used 1 5ml for each bottle.

Started this morning and we'll see how this helps!

Those look fine, but I don't see where the spray volume is specified. I guess you can assume 0.1 ml per spray for dosage purposes, but it may not be. Probably close though.

that is great ! You need to think about the concentration, it's only 5 ml bottles ?? I mean if you follow my pic, it's for 10 ml.

Dosing Guide:
• 1 spray = 200 micrograms (low dose)
• 2 sprays = 400 micrograms (mid-range)
• 3 sprays = 600 micrograms (maximum daily dose)
Each properly mixed bottle provides approximately 50 sprays. Store in refrigerator when not in use.

I think he reconned with 1 ml BAC. I don't want any so I only used sterile saline to avoid any sinus irritation. I've had sinus infections before and they are no fun.

Yes, he states that each spray is 10 units, or 0.1 ml

he didn't. He used the sterile water @1:20 minute mark

Just getting some supplies together. My plan is to get the indivdual .9% saline ampoules for recon(https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CKS3S4ZB). My instinct is that the individual bottles can sit around for quite awhile vs a large bottle.

@Chili777 Did you ever test those Snoot bottle dosing? Or just assume .1ml since its "close"

The Snoot bottles state in the specs that they provide 0.1 ml per spray. Although @jw717us did a test and found it was slightly less, here: Measuring nasal spray bottle output https://glp1forum.com/threads/measuring-nasal-spray-bottle-output.10889/

Since the vials usually have a slight overfill, it should work out just fine. I also got the large bottle of saline because it is shelf-stable, and I rotate between NA Semax, NA Selank and Epitalon.
