First pic is December 9th at 283.2 lbs, second is February 9th at 258 lbs. I'm currently at 3mg of reta every 3 days. I began splitting my dose in the beginning to minimize side effects, and it seemed to work so I just kept it up as I increased dose. Thanks to this forum for helping me find reliable and cheap sources. I've been on 140mg/week of Testosterone replacement since before I started reta. Also began taking BPC-157 and a TB-500 blend around the same time. That was a great help allowing me to run on pavement again, I've had an old achilles injury that has been nagging me for years. I still feel the injury but it doesn't cause NEARLY the discomfort that it used to. I recently switched over to KLOW because I read it can help tighten your skin as you lose weight.

Diet has been pretty consistent, down to only a couple beers a week and I've been eating clean lean protein and veggies about 90% of the time. I have had a couple looser diet days (especially Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Super Bowl), but have stayed on top of it most of the time. I take a fiber supplement, electrolytes, and plenty of water daily. I think that has really helped me not experience any major negative side effects. Looking forward to continuing my journey down.

nice progress, you eating throughout the day or fasting?
Eating well most days, keeping it healthy, lean proteins and lots of veggies. Have had a couple "cheat" days with some pizza or more carb heavy meals thrown in, like on Super Bowl Sunday. I have been pretty successful limiting those days to once every 2-3 weeks. Some days I'm not hungry in the morning so I end up just doing an electrolyte/supplement drink and black coffee in the morning and fasting until lunchish.

Wow, man your kicking butt. Your stomach looks like it is shrinking before everything else or at least at the same pace. I started reta on Dec 7th, lost 20lbs by mid January, but my stomach is still kinda big to me, hell I got down to 168, I havent been that light since I was in high school, I am 54 now. I would like to try Tesa, since it targets the belly. Keep on Keeping on!

Great progress!

Hey amazing results. You kinda look like that UFC Dana white guy. In any case, what were your deficit in kcal like? How did it feel, any hunger pangs and so on? Or just complete zen state?
