This is not medical advice:

If you have GLP1 fatigue and/or anhedonia, you should read up on tesofensine. It was originally aimed at neurodegenerarive disorders such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Some benefits include:

— Mood enhancement/improvement
— Energy increase
— Appetite suppression

Warning: do not take while on SSRI medication. This can cause serotonin syndrome.

After 8 days of ~125mcg, my own personal research reflects those beneficial outcomes. It’s been a great week and I’m looking forward to the next one!

UPDATE

Day 9 (9/15):
At 1/4 tab (~125mcg) daily for the first 8 days, RS reports that the effects were stronger at first but have “leveled out”, which is a good thing.
Starting today, I’m going to research 1/2 tab, as 250mcg was the lowest amount used for clinical trials.

Day 13 (9/19):
As previously reported, on day 9 my RS was bumped up to 1/2 tab. It was too much for my RS. That dose only lasted one day, so back down to 1/4 tab on day 10, although the effects seemed to build over the next few days.
Day 12 was not great for my RS. With the extra bump in dose for that one day, the effects seem to have built to a point that was uncomfortable for my RS by day 12. Given its 9-day half life, I will be changing my RS’s protocol to 1/4 tab every other day. RS skipped day 13 and reported feeling more evened out.
I will say that looking back, I think it would’ve been wiser to wait that full 9 days, or maybe longer, before considering an increased protocol. RS also barely ate on day 12, likely due to those effects, which just compounded the yuck.

Has it had any negative impact on your sleep, and does it give you “jitters” or anxiety?
No measured impact on sleep.
Reported noticing some stimulating effects within hours of first administration. The onset effects were stronger at first but have mellowed out, which is a good thing. The mood enhancement effect took several days to notice. And it is noticeable!

Thanks for this. Been tossing the idea around a while on whether or not to try it out. Being in the mitten state, knowing that winter is on its way, it might be the perfect time to start. May I ask where you sourced yours? Please & thank you.

Do you monitor HR and BP and, if so, have you noticed any increase?
No noted heart rate increase. Been without my Apple Watch for a couple days though, thank you for reminding me about it and to get my omron machine out.

No feelz issues reported, though. I will report back with some numbers soon

I’ve been using it since April, stacking with Reta. I love it too.

Im specifically looking to use teso once I reach my target weight because of its effect found from studies: "...blocked the body weight rebound that often occurs after weight loss...suggesting that tesofensine may be an effective treatment for obesity and that it may be a valuable adjunct to other appetite suppressants to prevent body weight rebound" and "...Unlike phentermine, a dopaminergic appetite suppressant, tesofensine causes few, if any, head-weaving stereotypy at therapeutic doses..."

I'm within 10 lbs of my goal . I've got to figure the maintenance and energy out. I've rebound once when I left trizepatide a year ago. I'm not gonna do that again. So maintenance it will be and some add on for quality of life. Here to another rabbit hole and 2 weeks of deep research. (Favorite part)

After putting my apple watch back on, I have seen a slight increase in heart rate, I think. About 5 BPM or so. I have a toddler and have been running around chasing him all day so that may not be a reliable indicator as I am constantly preventing him from killing himself...
I regret not having a baseline BP to measure against, but I will be tracking that starting tomorrow. Once in the morning shortly after waking up and once in the evening shortly before going to bed. Today was not a good day to start tracking blood pressure 😅

I have 4 daughters so yeah I understand. I have some Insomnia with trizepatide unfortunately but when I add Cagrilintide I'm zapped so having something other than Vyvanse to get me going would be awesome. Vyvanse was rx by my doc to help with food noise and energy but I can only take it every other day sometimes every 3 rd day. I'm gonna read up over at peppys see what all I can find out

A boy toddlin is a lot of work I bet! Appreciate the reply. Maybe you can update after a while. I’m curious to know how this ( Teso ) all goes long term for people. Mood better as you are on it longer? Energy stay consistent? Sleep ok? HR & BP stay in range? I’m nosey and love learning. Best of luck to you✌️

careful. when i asked about powder, i got the picture of the craze eyes dude from the peptide nazi.
orals are a different story, you can use volumetric dosing with propylene glycol for example, but still its not for everyone, it requires some experiences and knowledge to prevent overdose

I thought it came in tablet form? Now that you mention it, I’m not sure🫠

How do you dose Teso? It looks like QSC supplies it as a raw powder, how would you dose that into 125mcg orally?

Mine came in tabs. Use a cutter to split them up, just like any other tablet!
If you get powders, you can get caplets to fill yourself by hand or with a machine.

except the dose required is too low to simply fill up capsules directly with the raw powder (such as in teso case), luckily a few vendors offer tablets so no problem
I heard some individuals saying it was hard to find quality teso? Any issues with the vendor you used? Is it usually 100 pills?

Thanks for the insight, I’ve never gone the powder route, so I’m not very knowledgeable about the math or process.

You can typically look the vendors up here and ask. If you want you can DM me and I can tell you who I have reached out to. I haven't ordered any yet as I have several months supply.

I appreciate it! I have a solid connect/for tabs and enough for a while.

Bahahahaha...oh those were the days.. my youngest is 34...good luck! 🤣🤣

Why are we acting like the source for teso is some big secret. I would like to know a Chinese vender that supplies these. I checked some USA sources. Forget that..
Ava at +852 5134 9859 (Watsapp) has it. I don't remember what company she is with but I got the info on here. Last week she sent me a price list that had it on there. It was $60 for a 100 pill count bottle of 500mcg tablets. I am too worried about sleep interruptions to take it. I have a hard enough time as it is.

*** I just searched it, the company is Lianshui Peilun Daily Necessities

Since I bumped my triz and added cagri, I'm tired but can't sleep. It's a horrible combo. I should be at the gym right now but can't make myself go. Thanks for the contact @AndyPanda

I have been reading about DSIP (Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide). Not sure if I am ready to take that step yet either. lol. I am afraid it will make me lethargic during the day.

I've read about it but even benadryl knocks me out for 3 days. I do well with Stims but the sleeping meds kick my butt. Sleep is the key to health and longevity.

Haven't ordered this myself, but it looks like ASC has tablets.

That is quite a difference in price. I used ASC last week and everything was smooth. No tracking yet but I think their holiday had something to do with that.

I love teso. I was also feeling zapped from the Tirz and I came across the option of teso in my research. I got mine from Precision Peptides and split the pill in half so I take 250mcg. 500 would be too much for me. I take it in the morning and it gives me focus and energy during the day. It has given me a slightly elevated resting heart rate during the day. No effect on blood pressure. I have ADHD and have been on adderall but trying to get off of it and go the peptide route instead. I have not used my adderall since starting the teso and it’s going well for me.
I would be extremely hesitant to go the raw powder route. Actually- I just wouldn’t even attempt that. You could easily overdose and I don’t really wanna go out like that.

I haven't ordered Teso yet, but it looks like many vendors are offering it now, and I saw Jano tests somewhere with good results, but I didn't save it, so im not sure, you will have to check vendors price lists and ask for reports and/or check peppys if some results are published there.
EDIT: ASC is OK vendor, ask for test

I’d recommend getting together with some likeminded folks, buying from a single vendor at the same time, and getting a bunch of pills tested. Apparently mixing up tablets with minimal variance isn’t as easy as you think, so you’ll want a sample of at least 5+ tablets to get a sense of what you’re actually dealing with. A single tab could be way higher or lower than the average of the batch.

I have ordered from AC peptides in the past. 500 mcg tablets. I use pill cutter to split into 4 doses per tablet. The bottle it comes in looks very similar to the bottle that it came in when I ordered it from X before they shut down.

I got mine from PGB. And @exploitedworkerbee is right - even with relatively good QC, the tabs in the same bottle can vary with a +/- of 20%
