Lifting with peptide cycles

60yo 6'0" 174lbs. After reaching my goal of 170, I switched to 2mg reta weekly with cjc/ipa nightly and glow (separate doses) during the day. Also on TRT dose.

Lifting ~4-5 days a week along with tennis and surfing, I have been gaining about 1-1.5 lbs of muscle every week according to the gym InBody scale. I say I don't notice the cjc/ipa but I'm making muscle gains faster than just TRT but it could be in my head as I'm also eating more protein.

I'm planning a 12 week cycle for the cjc/ipa pinning every day then taking several weeks off. I'm pretty sure the longevity clinics say 5 on/2 off because they are closed and can't support clients.
 
About six weeks ago I bumped test to 200 mg and added 150 mg Primo. I re-ran labs this morning and I’m really interested to see how the Primo impacted my test:E2 ratio, and what 1 IU of HGH did to my IGF-1.
  • IGF-1: 290 ng/mL(Ref: 52–328 ng/mL)
    • Baseline (Jan 5): 408 ng/mL (High)
    • Change: Down 118 ng/mL.
  • Z-score (Male): +1.6(Ref: -2.0 to +2.0)
    • Baseline: +2.5 (High)
    • Change: Down to normal range.
Looks like the Primo has lowered my E2 (still waiting on results) and that effected my IGF-1 levels. I'll be upping from 1IU to 2IU nightly to get my Z-score back up around 3 and get bloods again in 3 months.
 
Following up...

I am having a pretty good run with CJC-1295 (no dac)/Ipamorelin stack (still on my first vial). I am getting very deep sleep now and I this week I started to see a real difference in my workouts. Yesterday I hit a new PR for barbell overhead press-- 130 lbs 5x5. I was struggling to push past 120-125 in the last week or two. This set was strong and I still had more in the tank to do another set or two. I suspect I won't have any issues pushing past 135-140.

My bench tonight was also pretty strong compared to last week. So far I am pretty pleased with the stack. It's doing more than I expected.

The only gripe I have is that I am not staying asleep as long as I would like. But perhaps that will come as I continue the cycle. Anyways, I hope that helps anyone still kicking the tires on this stack.
How long do you expect a vial to last you? Trying to decide how many of the blended 10mg I should be getting....

Most of my health stats are tracked from my Apple watch/Health app. I am using StrongLifts to track my workouts. I am currently looking for a good peptide tracker. Im checking out Peppedia which looks promising. I just need to get into it and set it up and see how it does.

As for my experience. Sleep has been a little hit and miss for me. But I am seeing improved progress in the gym. I hit 225 on my bench press last night which is a first for me and hit 135 on my overhead press last week. Overall I am pretty pleased as I was not expecting to see a boost in the gym. I still have a vial and a half to go to finish the cycle.
