Semi mix with more or less bac.

I normally mix 3cc of bac with 10mg semi. To get my 2mg (60iu). This week I only used 1cc of bac water for a 10mg vial to get my 2mg (20iu)
Well it hit like a freight train. Same place and batch ( new vial) I assume less water will absorb the semi way faster? Anyone have experience with this? I normally rotate spots stomach, thighs, this was a normal stomach pin. Thanks

I've not experienced or read about concentrations having a differing effect on GLPs. I have taken the same dose ranging from 10-30mg/ml with no observed difference in effect of the medication.

My first thought is something was wrong at the time with your math, drawing of bac, or drawing of the reconstituted Sema.

I have been mixing for years. Only thing that changed was me added 1cc and drawing 20 units Instead of 3cc and drawing 60 units Unless it is mislabeled by the vendor and not 10mg. Thank you for the response.

Why are you using iu for this. Each peptide can be different iu

I Just use a peptide calculator honestly so 1cc for 10mg vial is 2mg per 20 units. Or 20 ml. Not iu. Sorry i will edit the post

Just anecdotally, I have a family member who’s injecting with brand Zepbound and she swears that the 15mg vial she used this week is “stronger” than the 12.5mg vial she previously used. Who knows, but I agree with @woundcarping that I haven’t come across any research that suggests that concentration affects the delivery mechanisms.

What could be happening rather than mislabeling is substantial overfill in the reconstituted vial. I recently purchased some T60 where one of the vials tested over 25% more than the others. So, if your vial was say 12.5mg rather than 10mg, the dose would have been 2.5mg which could explain the additional feel of the medication.

Yeah it was probably over filled a little maybe? Thanks for the reply. I gave my wife 1mg this week instead of 2mg. Possibly split the does if she feels fine.

What did the actual mass of your sema [not semi] vial(s) test out to in infependent third-party testing? Is the new sema [not semi] from the same kit as the others?

Thank you for correcting me Sema. Before finding this forum. I was getting a couple vials at a time for a very premium price . So I never bought a kit. The place I used is a big sponsor at a very big bodybuilding forum. They have a ton of feedback and positive reviews. Never the less I found out about third party testing from this forum when I joined. I have used the orther vendor for 2 years and lost 100lbs.
I was entertaining the theory that when injected with more bac water the sema breaks down in the body before being completely absorbed with 40 more units of bac water. But I can't find any information to support this theory. So I assume it was just stronger than the normal 10mg vials. The Sema hit like a semi this time when I used 1cc of bac. ( a little joke there lol)

One of the main reasons people test peptides is that it's hard to lyophilize (freeze-dry) the stuff with consistent results regarding loss of mass.

Canners will try to start with a greater amount so it's not under, and some canners will deliberately aim for higher. The result is that the vial can contain more -- sometimes much more, like 30% -- than claimed.

It's not even a matter of one vendor or another. Especially because nearly all of them are reselling and don't know or care about their products. Third-party tests are about each particular batch.

Your latest vial was probably significantly overfilled, which is why it hit you like a semi. Not because of the amount of bac.
