Damnit!! Took a 15mg dose of Cagrilintide instead of Triz.. whats going to happen??

I try my hardest to buy research compounds to where the accurate dose is either 10 units, 20 units or max 25 units for comfort. Sometimes the cost of acquiring the research compounds is slightly higher, but taking 75 units is not comfortable subq.

That doesn't make sense, it depends on amount of bac or sterile water concentration. I can make 5mg equal to 10 units per mg or 20 units per mg by adjusting concentration! You should research peptide calculators.

I know, right? I thought this would be a great chance to learn, hour by hour, what the symptoms were, how it all went, etc. I was hoping for more posts. At least he seems to have had no issues.

This is the kinda thing I'd see myself doing... Murphys Law and all.

My guess.. Intense GI hell Expect severe nausea, vomiting, dry heaves, abdominal pain/cramping, diarrhea/constipation,A TAX audit from the IRS,all your Ex's calling you to talk at the same time, and feeling wiped out. These are the main side effects even at normal/high doses (up to 47% nausea at 4.5mg in one big trial), and they scale with dose. At 15mg, this could hit hard and last days to a week+ (half-life is ~7–8 days, so it lingers).
Runner up prizes ... low energy, maybe dehydration from puking/diarrhea. No major red flags like pancreatitis, thyroid issues, or severe hypo in trials (low risk even at high doses), but overdose amplifies everything. there's no reversal, just supportive care. It clears slowly (half gone in ~1 week).

Worst-case ....If vomiting won't stop, you get super dehydrated, can't keep fluids down, or feel faint/confused go to ER/urgent care ASAP for IV fluids, anti-nausea meds (Zofran, etc.), and monitoring. Poison control hotlines report similar GLP-1 analog overdoses resolving with fluids and symptom control, no long-term damage in most cases.

What to do right now:

Hydrate aggressively!! Sip electrolytes (Pedialyte, broth, Gatorade zero), small sips if nauseous. Avoid solids until it calms.
Anti-nausea tricks, Ginger, slow breathing, rest upright, OTC like Dramamine/Bonine if mild (but Zofran script is better for severe).
Monitor Track symptoms, weight (you'll probably drop fast from not eating), blood sugar if diabetic. If heart racing, severe pain, or can't keep anything down for 12–24 hrs → medical help.
Don't redose, Skip next doses until this clears.... That is my 100% best guess.

Reminds me a bit of that Reddit 30mg Reta overdose and thought the OP was just having fun.
 
yeah i jumped to 1mg on the 3rd or 4th week

i think there is some nausea in the morning. Feels a bit more than the one after 18mg tirz i take 3 days before the cagri

Let me jump in here, please. Wife's research rat took 3.75mg/ .75ml BAC water Cagri instead of her usual 7.5mg Tirz yesterday. Is now very nauseous and vomiting to point of dry heaves. What dangers should I be monitoring for and what can I do to ease her discomfort. She's the main care giver around here so not in my wheelhouse of experience. Any help much appreciated. Have made water and electrolyte fluid available for her to sip on. Up to now she has shown no sides from working up to 7.5mg Tirz. She's normally very susceptible to drug interactions. Never been exposed to Cagri before this... 65year old healthy female

My math says 5mg vial Cagri/ 1ml Hospira Bac 75unit subq= 3.75 mg dose of Cagri Injectionshop calculator agrees.
