COPENHAGEN, March 9 (Reuters) - Novo Nordisk has agreed to sell its blockbuster Wegovy and Ozempic drugs through U.S. telehealth company Hims & Hers' (HIMS.N), opens new tab platform, the Danish drugmaker said on Monday, ending a legal dispute that erupted last month.
The deal marks ‌a turnaround from February, when Novo sued Hims over a $49 compounded alternative to its Wegovy weight-loss pill.

They had an oral version for $49, got sued, signed an agreement, and now they're back up to retail prices. Everyone makes out except the consumer who is screwed once again. Unless you bought the stock at the bottom.

Big pharma strikes again 🙄 at this point when Semaglutide is allowed to be generic it will probably be sub $100 for one month

I see telehealth and businesses based on the H&H model filling the gap. Fill out a form, or answer some questions, an MD goes over it and you get your peptides. Or at least one of the ones that they recategorize. The rest of grey is still a free-for-all.

Who "saw this coming for $500 please Alex....."? Sue them to stop the undercut then acknowledge they far outperformed your marketing efforts and partner with them so both sides can rape and pillage over the population.
