So i have a couple questions. I'm a bit confused about glutathione. Through someone I know they suggested I take it because it detoxes you from anything heavy and it helps your immune system. I don't know much about it, can anyone explain if this is true and if so, how much should i be taking?

Key Benefits of Glutathione:
Powerful Antioxidant & Anti-aging: It fights free radicals that cause premature aging and cellular damage.
Liver Detoxification: Glutathione aids the liver in binding to toxins, heavy metals, and drugs for easier elimination, beneficial for fatty liver disease.
Immune System Support: It boosts white blood cell function to help fight infections.
Skin Health: It can brighten skin by reducing melanin, increase moisture, and improve elasticity.
Mitochondrial Function: Protects mitochondria, essential for energy production, from oxidative damage.
Reduces Oxidative Stress: Helps manage conditions linked to high oxidation, such as diabetes and cardiovascular issues

Probably better to take the precursors orally , glutathione does not get into cells very easily where it is needed due to its size. NAC ( n-acetyl cysteine ) will increase cellular glutathione levels as will NAC plus glycine. Cheaper easier and probably more effective.

It looks like @CNCCurrency got all the benefits covered.

As for dosing, from what I have seen it is kind of all over the place. I personally take 250mg every other day, but I've seen everything from 200mg a week all the way up to 2000mg. So do your research on how you would like to proceed and start low.

And lastly, I would highly recommend taking vitamin C and E along with NAC to support a Glutathione protocol.

Gotcha, just a basic Vitamin C and E supplement?

Also, should I take it before/during/after my peptide usage?

I inject 100mg with vitamin c subq every morning. More than 1 year ago someone suggested it to reduce migraines. It worked to decrease them by 75% When I am out of injectable I take capsules. Oral 1500 mg per day has the same effect. Oral is not absorbed well that is why I take much more when that's all I have.

I had no idea. I've considered that one, but I'm prone to ISR's. Are the capsules expensive?

To help clear the endo's from the NAD and 1A? Interesting. I've been doing IM Glut and NAD at the same time (not the same syringe) but may switch it up now. Are you running Korean Glut or CN?
Yes on the nad, just to be on the safe side. South Korea glut is what I use, pharma grade glut and Ascorbic acid from them also

I take everything together when I wake up except a few I take together before bed. Some people like to space them out but I don’t have the time or the willpower to commit to that. Endotoxins can’t be worse than the other crap I used to put in my body. Lol

Dang, looks like magic.

I'm going to try it in my IV drip I am getting tomorrow, if it is good I might get some from Korea and just pin in subQ or do you guys go IM?

Using Korean Glut myself. While Subq was never spicy going in, I definitely felt the injection site for a couple days after. Switching to IM cleared that up with no issues at all.

Wondering if you prefer the Glutaone or the Luthione? I grabbed the Glutaone on my first purchase. I see the Luthione shows the medical manufacturer while I guess the Glutaone would be considered "generic" made?

Just to add to that there are a couple of studies in rodents where they block the enzyme making glutathione , causing low levels of it long term, and they live for longer. Not sure there is an explanation for it yet.

I have been doing something similar the last year, I kept having fatty liver issues show up on labs and it hasn’t been a problem since I started a IM glut+c protocol. Glad it has helped with your migraines too!

As a side note: my skin looks amazing as well, it works as a skin brightner.

1774167632926.webpThere are Korean Luthione , Chinese factory glutathione and there are also Chinese pharm grade glutathione that grey vendors distribute too

Well, below is a study released this week. I hate to be "that guy" but this is worth reading. It would appear that glutathione cuts both ways:

Aint that just typical, when you start the health Journey of your life to avoid cancer an s**t then studies like this all of a sudden appears.
Glutathione have so much good things it does for the body. But that cancer always find a way to torment humanity.
And you never know you have it until its late in the process grr.
Another peptide to avoid then.

I don't see in the study that it causes cancer? Just says cancer uses it to feed the tumors. Same as other peps do. Did I miss something??
