Thinking of dropping tesa

I don't know if it's because I'm coming up on my fourth week of tirz or not, but I feel like the food noise is coming back more often. I take Tesamorelin, and I've noticed that at certain parts of the day my appetite it on 120%. I figure since I also have Ipamorelin, mots-c, and AOD-9604 in my stack, I should be fine if I drop it. I just don't want to sabotage my progress by keeping something that I know is causing a negative side effect. Thoughts??

Without knowing more it's hard to advise. You say you've been on Tirz 3 weeks but what about the rest of the stack? How are you sure it's the Tesa that's causing the increased appetite? Also when are you taking Tesa? It's unlikely to be having a huge impact on your appetite if you are taking pre bed. May well just be that that you are due a Tirz increase.

Tesa does up your ghrelin that explains the hunger, you could either up Triz dose, or stack Cagri for the appetite suppression.

I may stack cagri and see if that helps, thanks for the suggestion

Ipamorelin affects hunger signaling more than Tesamorelin does. I take both but right before bed.

I pin Tesa/Ipa when I wake up for that reason. One of them is spiking my hunger. Of the 2, ipa should be the culprit, as it works in the ghrelin receptor, but I just take both in the morning.

I also use GHRP-2 and it can really kick up apposite, so definitely bedtime.

Made the mistake doing an early evening dose combined with Tesa, because it was Friday and I wanted to eat & drink a bit.
Whelp, should have laid off the smoke, because the munchies were unreal.

I do too, but I've noticed that at certain parts of the day, I'll get ravenous!
