I'm officially less than 10lbs to my goal. I started glps at 153, this was after losing 90lbs on my own. My goal is 120lbs and this am I weighed in at 129.8! I started on tirzepitide and it was great for food noise and I lost some but stayed at the same weight (134) for a month. I switched to Reta two weeks ago and the scale started moving again. I really want to hit that 120 mark. I'm so excited to see my family next month, I've lost about 50lbs since I've seen them. I am now really glad I kept all my skinny clothes, I can't afford a whole new wardrobe. Anyway, just wanted to share with like minded peeps that understand. Have a great day ya'll ☺️

Awesome. I had a boat load of jeans, shirts that wouldn’t fit. I bought 4 XL shirts, and that's all I wore when we went out. 90% of the shirts fit, and the jeans are going to take more weight loss. I gained it all in a year and half of being retired. Those retirement beers are a bitch.

Lol, I don't even drink beer. My problem since birth was junk food! I didn't even eat a ham sandwich without smooshing Doritoes in it. I was the fat kid all my life, it took all these years for me to get myself together. Also when we retired we moved aboard a sailboat, I can tell you that sailboats are not easy for chunky folks to work on. These compartments are tiny. Another reason to get it off and keep it off 👍🏻

Awesome Progress. What's your sailboat? The Picture is too small for me to identify. We have several friends that lived on their boats for periods of their life. We also used to sail on the inland lakes.

Pretty cool! And congrats on all that weight loss. Loosing some of that weight on your own must have been a big challenge. In any case, keep it up,you are so close!
