Reta & Tirz seem to make you want to eat better in general
Breakfast-Have never been a breakfast person but trying to make myself eat. I usually make a batch of Kodiak style protein pancakes with sourdough starter (only sweetener is a banana I add) & whichever protein powder I use which is low carb. Or a slice of fresh sourdough
Lunch-A chicken wrap with a protein sauce I make w Greek yogurt (different flavor depending on mood) sometimes the wrap is low carb sometimes not. Or a salad w apples, & a T of nuts (chopped walnuts, almonds or pecans, or a mix), different mixed lettuce & homemade dressing I make different ones miso, ginger, strawberry or balsamic
Snack-If I feel like a snack might have like a C of smartfood popcorn or the Aldi one, Fruit like strawberries when fresh. A treat would be something like strawberries & a dollop of cool whip
Dinner-Different every night jerk chicken & potato salad, protein chicken pasta (buffalo, Alfredo, etc), Ground turkey Korean style on rice w a veggie like green beans, mapo tofu w ground turkey, healthier butter chicken (Greek yogurt & coconut milk), whatever it is it has to taste good
If I didn't eat enough or reached protein goals will add a shake w protein, collagen & flax seeds
Once in a while a piece of dark chocolate
This is just an idea I don't eat all this everyday I just make sure to get in enough food/protein
