Total Loss: -15.8 kg (34.8 lbs)
Waist: -15 cm (5.9 inches)
Status: Love handles almost entirely gone.

Protocol: Started with Reta, then stacked Tirz mid-cycle. Tirz broke the plateau but side effects became more pronounced.

Current weight: 68,5 kg / 151 lbs
Height: 178cm/ 5' 10"

Post-Cycle: Cycled off everything after reaching my goal. Appetite surged by week 4. Currently back on a maintenance protocol: 2mg Reta every 10 days, which successfully suppressed the food noise.

Question: For those who hit their goal weight: do you maintain via microdosing or did you manage to stay lean without the post-GLP1 rebound?

P.S. Post-diet photos taken after two weeks of glycogen replenishment.

Great Job, Mastodon!
That’s solid progress. Nice work dialing it in. Interesting that appetite came back that quick post-cycle. On your maintenance, do you feel like the 2mg every 10 days keeps things steady, or do you still notice it taper off before the next dose?

P.S.
I’m just trying to get down in size to your first picture! 😅

Thanks! Yeah, the appetite was very alarming at the beginning. My last 2mg pin was 10 days ago and I don't feel the need to pin again for now. Gemini says I should still have around 0.6-0.7mg in my system so it's manageable. I do use MT2 from time to time which is supposed to contribute to appetite suppression as well

Good luck!!

I am also interested in this, hit my goal weight but still running the dose I used to get me there (6mg) considering halving it to see how I get on but undecided.

Are you just going to maintain that level of bf, or go on a calorie surplus? Or just eat at maintenance?

edit: my bad, im not sure if you weight train.

Great results!
I'm 8lbs from goal and working out how my maintenance dose is going to look. I'm not on high doses, I'm on Tirz 5mg. Thinking of dropping to three for a few weeks, then down again until I feel overwhelmed by hunger thoughts. Then back up to the last dose that gave me the right benifits.

I pinned 3.1mg reta a few days ago and it's an overkill for me lol. Helps with maintance/ low calorie surplus with half decent diet. More energy and sleep got worse instantly

Yes I do 3 fullbody workouts and for now decided to "maingain" because I need to add some muscle and also I hate gaining fat so we go slow and steady😀. Strength going up quickly. Yes I will be dieting to 12-13% bf later. My lower back and back in general are very fat relative to skinny legs and face

Thanks and good for you!! I believe low doses should be enough for most people to maintain

Great progress, super impressive!! How many mg were you on tirz and reta? How long did this take?
it took me 5 months straight to the point where I ate 1800cals + 10k steps + 3x workouts weekly and my body refused to let go any weight. I was so tired I stopped walking around the house without necessity
