No, they aren't. They are there because they paid to be there. That's it.

If there's a specific vendor that looks good to you, use the search function to see what people are saying about them. Read the vendor reviews section. Check out their telegram. But know that there is always the chance of losing your money, for various reasons.

Thrive big plus with marketplace vendors is knowing the telegram/whatsapp/discord links are real. It can be hard to tell a real group from a bot scam. So you cant trust them by default, but at least the links should be good.
