How do I get rid of the 'no source discussion' next to my name?

Seeing the date that you joined, it probably wasn't there. I assume that the rules have changed in the last 2 years.
That's even worse than me on Peppy's. I just lurk over there, but David has even bought from QSC back in the day.

I'm also on Peppy's, but I can't even be considered a lurker. I forgot that I had joined until someone mentioned it one day and I thought "oh, that sounds like a good place to get additional information." Come to find out, I had already joined and forgot. 🤣

Same, I never seem to think about that site, only pop over when somebody brings it up.

I'm pretty sure that wasn't there when I joined and I don't remember adding it. How do I take it down?
There is a set number of posts, quotes and responses you you have to hit before you loose the "no sources" banner. This is a current rule but it still applies even though your join date predates that rule (when implemented older members were apparently not grandfathered in). As such it seams you just need to post and interact with other members in discussions to get rid of the banner just like a new member and every one else in the forum. The level of involvement is actually quite low just do some posting and it will vanish fairly quick.

You have to be an active member. It’s what makes this forum great. The more active you are and participate organically more things unravel.

It’s sifts out the selfish moochers.

It wasn't. OP has been a member since 2024, and the No Source Discussion label is a new development since...well I don't remember exactly, but very recently. Sometime in the last few months.
I stand corrected. I didn't notice the original join date honestly. That should really work like that I think.

It’s frustrating to not be able to ask a question in a specific topic group so I just wait for some magic algorithm to hit
Everyone feels the same way, but it really does help force people to utilize the search function and read the rules rather than just asking the same question someone else already did. I came here with questions and couldn’t ask them but I either found my answer through searching the forum or got my answer elsewhere.

So many times the search function won't work. I put a name of a peptide and it comes with no hits, but I know I've read it about it before. Wish it wasn't so clunky bc I personally rather search than risk asking a stupid question TBH

Keep on engaging in conversations and getting likes and quotes. It won't take long to get past that. I am in the same boat right now.
It won't take long...just 16+ months! 🤣🤣🤣
