Today was my tib fib fracture hardware removal preparing me for total knee surgery. I should have started it sooner but my orthopedic surgeon wanted me to wait until after. I got to get some kvp as well. Thanks everyone for suggestions.

Oh hey I just had the same surgery on my tib fib in December. It was super easy recovery for me I was walking within 3 days post surgery 3 plates 17 screws removed. Wish you a speedy recovery my friend

You can always do a quick 20 day cycle of cartalax. I’ve seen relief in ongoing low back pain from it.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. I think the KPV is a good choice but I would look into the Wolverine stack also.
Thanks! I've done a bit of research. I want to include GHK-Cu as well. It's cheaper than adding it and kpv to wolverine stack. Definitely on a budget at this time because of my medical expenses. I wish I could afford to do it that way.

I just started researching it. I might try it before I do the actual total knee. It definitely shows promise.
