So my order of tirz just came in and I had a few questions I wanted to ask just to make sure I didn't mess anything up. For starters while the peptide is still in its powdered or I should say lyophilized form should it be all together in like on block? When I opened my package i accidentally opened it upside down and when i turned the kit of vials on its right side up it looked like the tirz just slid down the vial in a circular block when I expected it to be more powdery I guess. Just wanted to know if that was normal. I also wanted to make sure im storing it right in its lyophilized form by just keeping it in a dark cool place away from sunlight and when storing it after reconstitution I just keep it in the fridge correct? Thanks for takin the time to read this and answering my questions!

Edit: One more question, when filtering the tirz do I need to recalculate my dosing afterwards?

The tirz is fine. I freeze whatever i wont use in a few months. What i will use stays in the fridge before and after reconstitution....some freeze the kit and pull 1 at a time. I go through a vial in 2 or 3 weeks so generally i pull 2 at a time. Idk about filtering. Congrats on ur 1st touchdown of many.

Following, I have my first Tirz kit in the freezer as I dont anticipate needing it for some time yet. Plan to pull and use 1 vial at a time.
Good call. When you get a collection of stuff you wont use in a yearish, like 3 or 5 years, plenty of threads here for better storage. Some expensive and some simple like vacuum sealed plastic into a 2 gallon igloo thermos stored in the freezer.

Yes that is how they should look. Don't worry about it.

Yes you need good bac water, most everyone uses the H brand. If you choose to filter you will need either extra vials or carts (if you choose to use pens, which makes it easier & you can choose smaller/thinner needle tips for those).

Since others have done with success on here I reconstitute & filter to a few cartridges at a time & freeze to make it quicker for when I run out.

I see thank you for the advice! So I should reconstitute some vials and keep it in the fridge and keep the rest of lyophilized tirz in the freezer until needed?

I reconstitute 1 vial at a time and keep them in the fridge. I keep everything else in the freezer. Storing in the freezer isn't required, but it's simple and the practical "best."

got it thanks! sorry to bother you more but do you know the time differences between the 2 methods of storing? like how long would they last if i just kept them in a cool dark space

Years vs decades is the common theory.

Is freezer space at a premium?

Ideally reconstituted peptides need to be kept in the fridge and are OK for a month. Me and some others are not super worried about that being a bit longer like 2 or so months. The only issue once mixed with bac is of bacterial or fungal contamination which becomes more likely over time and with higher temperatures, despite the bacterostatic agent in the bac water. Make sure you swab the top of the vial with an alcohol wipe before touching it with needles. And reconstituting one at a time makes sense as you want it in that form for less rather than more time.
Lyophilised peptides will last for up to years stored in a cool dark place , but for a lot longer if frozen, up to decades.

I would only reconstitute 1 to keep in the fridge. If you want to do more at once (I do since I'm filtering) the rest as long as its Tirz not R I put in the freezer, the powders all go in the freezer. Recommended once liquid is 30 days in fridge but many go up to 90 if it lasts that long but of course keep checking its fully clear. Don't use anything that looks off
