12 weeks of peptide therapy w/pictures

WOW, absolutely incredible, you look great! I've clearly opened pandora's box by joining this forum and need to start learning about other peptides beyond tirz 😅
Many here can relate to that particular start of a peptide journey. Diving into the GLPs lead to diving into other peptides for many. Enjoy the journey.

I'm 61, I kept the lighting the same, room the same and no makeup rule to document changes.

1. First picture is at the beginning of my research. Massively inflamed, on several pharmaceuticals, grey cast to the skin and hair is extremely frizzy. You can see around the eyes and cheeks how puffy and inflamed everything looks.

2. Second picture is after 4 weeks of peptides. I am now off of all pharmaceuticals except Levothyroxine (for thyroid). My eyes have opened up, my hair is less frizzy and the puffiness is leaving and my face is starting to show it's structure. Hair is less frizzy and the grey cast to the skin is leaving

3. Third picture is 12 weeks into the peptide journey. Skin now showing some fine lines as the swelling is going down (I'm more than okay with this) but is noticeably healthier looking. Swelling around the eyes has continued to reduce and the overall puffiness is starting to fade. Hair is still improving. Still off all pharmaceuticals and my Levothyroxine had to be reduced!

Unexpected change: Hair getting darker, grey receding ...holy cow!

Stacks (not all at once)
Tirz 5mg (ongoing)
GHKcu (ongoing)
NAD+ (ongoing)
KLOW (individual vials/8 week run)
Epithalon 1 cycle
Thymosin Alpha 1 for 1 cycle

I'm taking the month of March off of everything except Tirz and GHKcu for a reset...going to research nootropics over the summer.
So, to the people who say peptides is voodoo snake oil (which are obviously not reading this), I say...really?
These photos are amazing! I'm still reading as much as I can before I choose my path but you are inspiring!

Same. I was internet surfing to see what I could find out about Ret and found myself here because I'm topped out on tirz with nowhere to go.

Fantastic job, post some addl pics!

For those of us with thyroid issues, peptides are truly a godsend. Kills the inflammation fast! I look like Uncle Fester, so I won't be posting pics, but my results have been similar.

Great job. Keep us updated with the next several months as I am curious to how much more improvement can be made? Not that you need any further, but we all looking for the economies of scale curve.

Wow, this is awesome! I love these pictures, and it is amazing at how healthy your skin and your hair look. How did the month of March go for your reset? Did you go back on anything in April? I take Tirz 3mg and KLOW cycles. I have NAD+, but haven't started it yet, I didn't want to start too many things at once. I should probably go ahead and start it.

First of all, results don't lie! Looking like it's all working!!! So now...Now I need more info!
No I don't cycle...I stay on it.

I make my own GHKcu serum using cosmetic grade GHKcu and Hyaluronic Acid...I also make a morning serum using GHKcu, Snap 8 and Sny-Ake w/Hyaluronic Acid. I don't know if they do anything, but I just have fun making them like a mad scientist, with a milligram scale and vials all over the place.
I am going to recon my GHK for injections this weekend hopefully (busy as hell juggling PT for my shoulder with kids sports right now!) but I am trying to dig more in the topical GHK and Snap 8--how much of each did you use?

I am also curious about the Syn-AKE, It's really hard to fine, and the one at Making Cosmetics doesn't really say how much is in it. Just how much to add to a finished product.

I have been making Gluttony insecure. I see you have decided to give Pride an inferiority complex. If this was you in March, I dread to imagine what you would be now. Have people begun to suspect that you have been replaced by an impostor?

Do you mix all three in that serum? How much of each do you use?

I thought the exact same thing...how on earth could I get receding grey and hair all glossy w/o a years worth of growth?! But, I went and looked and sure enough, apparently once the follicles (which can be really damaged by inflammation) get healthy it affects the hole shaft of hair. That is where the Tirz and KLOW blend probably helped (inflammation reduction) because while GHKcu does help with some inflammation reduction, it isn't the heavy lifter like the others.
I also found out, GHKcu wont work as well if a person is really inflamed, so getting that inflammation under control is critical for GHKcu to do it's thing.
The repigmented hair might be due to NAD+ as well because of the effects on sirtuins, I bet if it was combined with oral NMN the effect would be stronger.

I started taking NMN a few months ago and as a side effect I have had some repigmentation as well.

I have no issues talking weight, lol.
SW on Tirz was 230-Dec 1st,2025
8 weeks out I weighed in at 196
12 weeks out I weiged in at 186
Now 5 months from my start weight of 230, I currently weigh 162, so a smidge under 70lbs lost.
Don't have a cemented goal weight, somewhere around 145 give or take 5lbs, but I'll consider myself at goal close to 150

I think I might be a hyper responder, I've never stalled, never bumped over 5mg and currently working on lowering the dose and switching to Reta for maintenance w/a microdose of Tirz to keep the appetite in check if needed.

Congrats! I did years of research and finally started tirz about 3 weeks ago. I'm so excited for your health journey. I've read really good things about Thymosin Alpha - so that is on my current to-research list. Hope to see you around.

Well, it's been a couple months, I'll do an update.

1. December 2025 (223lbs)
2. January 2026
3. March 2026
4. May 2026 (159lbs)

Again, same room, same lighting, no makeup. 61 yr old female
