Hey guys, I've been taking BPC-157 (1 mg daily) and TB-500 (2 mg every 3 days) for about a month. I’m thinking about switching to taking TB-500 daily to help my bicep tendonitis heal faster. My plan is to take 1 mg of both BPC and TB each day. Would it be easier or better to just buy a combined BPC + TB vial instead of buying both separately? Curious what you guys think.

Yes, cheaper option with no real downsides

There’s literature recommending TB in the morning upon waking (SubQ in the tummy), 3x per week and BPC (directly into the injured area) 2-3 times per day, or once at bedtime since most healing occurs during sleep.

I’ve never liked the “one size fits all” approach to Wolverine, GLOW and KLOW and would rather determine the individual dosages myself. But I appreciate the potential savings and undeniable convenience.

What did you decide having same dilemma

I just bought blended TB and BPC. Doing 1mg of each so 2mg total daily
I have a 5mg vial of the blend which is running out doing 250mg of each daily its taken 80% of the rotator cuff injury away.

I was told individually would be better but I think in this case I may attempt to get a 10mg vial of the blend and Increase the dose like what you’re having l. All the best 👊🏼

Oh wow and had the 250mcg each day daily helped you? I feel like I may need to do physical therapy to help my tendonitis improve. Good luck!

FIY most blends you buy are going to be TB4. In my opinion, it's a better option since that one has a daily dosing schedule instead of the 2-3x a week recommended for TB-500.

Yeah it’s definitely helped, I’ve had this injury for a few months self inflicted in the gym it was really affecting my push exercises like bench press or barbell shoulder press including pull ups. Within 3 days of the 250mg dose daily it had disappeared 80% it’s still there just not as painful as it was.

I keep getting told to buy seperate but I like the convenience of the blend even though it’s everyday. That’s the thing I don’t understand because tb500 is meant to be taken twice weekly not everyday if you buy it seperatly.

Yeah that’s the bad thing about it. If money is not a problem I’d say that separate is not a bad choice. If it is then maybe the blend is a little better

I have had rotator cuff tear and biceps tendinosis. I used a combined stack last year and this time I used separately with BPC near the injury site and TB-500 in the belly. It works. My pain has reduced significantly. My range of motion has improved. My left arm has gotten stronger too. Still, there's ways to go. I have taken 7 doses only and inconsistently.

Only done the mix myself, close to the injury and every day. I did grab a bottle of each to try separately though

That’s awesome to hear man, so you’d recommend separate over combined then considering you have the same injury as me ! Haha

Precisely, not only is it more efficacious, but there's also the issue with incorrect dosing. You need TB working systemically, while BPC does angiogenesis which you got to be careful of- retina, for example. Also I have heard about Thymalin overdose, though I dont think it applies to the synthetic TB-500. So, 500mcg BPC, 1mg TB is my dose. BPC daily, TB, twice a week.

Personally for me and my right rotator cuff injury (about a year long), I did TB-500 at 2mg every day for 3 weeks, then BOC-157 at 1mg everyday for another 3 weeks along with some minor PT I saw on YouTube.

My cuff is 90% better after about a month. Not fully healed probably because I'm not doing PT as often as I should (once or twice a week).

I definitely recommend separate.

For those who take the blend/stack, that's moreso for maintenance or to keep their injuries in check or to ensure they don't run into any injurie(s).

But, I understand each case is relative. Luckily, we know grey market vendors selling that cheap cheap so we can experiment and experience and see what's best for us!

Good luck my friend.

Yeah, but ever notice how TB-500 is so much more expensive than BPC? Oh yeah, and taking BPC immediately after a lifting workout would be optimal, so that nothing is wasted.
