Is it worth the hype? Have you guys noticed any real results from it? If so what dosage did you take?

I haven’t ever struggled with acne but I do have eczema pretty bad. I’m also taking KPV right now.

Wanna get some opinions before I take the plunge 🙂

It can take several months to even start noticing improvements. A lot of people give up after just a few weeks or even a couple of months.

I've been on GLOW for around 8 months, and added KPV a couple of months ago. Around 2 months in, I noticed my skin was softer. A month or 2 later I realized I no longer had to file off the thick, cracked calluses on my heels, and my hair and nails were growing faster. A few weeks ago, I started noticing more hair starting to grow on my scalp, and am continuing to see more coming in.

My husband's on it too, and several months in, I started noticing his hands were really soft, even though he does a lot of manual labor (mostly for hobbies and home improvements), and they are usually rough and callused.

It's definitely worth it, if you are patient.

Yes it is worth the hype. I have had all the same improvements as @cheaperseeker has. Also that my skin is getting thicker/firmer. There has been some improvements in my under chin and turkey neck. I'm older so I can definitely tell on any improvements. I will never not have it in my rotation.
As always everyone can have different experiences but I have found that most speak positive of it.

I recently bought some, still waiting on arrival, but I'm going to try it out when I reach my weightloss goal!

I did some research and it seems like the dosage is between 0.5-3mg for most biohackers. 0.5 mg first to see tolerance/side effects, then titrate up as the weeks go by.

I did hear some unusual testimonies regarding the pain tolerance and size of vials; our bodies having an adverse reaction to copper, if not diluted enough using bac or not taking KPV/BPC beforehand, the stinging could be unbearable, people not recommending 100mg due to less dilution in the small vials, etc... 😭

I'm 4th week on Glow, and yes it works defo. First and most noticeable factor is my hair. Have a feeling under my hand i have more of them now. They also seem to be thicker and less grey. Another one are teeth/gums. I had them quite sensitive before started Glow and now I could brush them with a steel brush and wouldn't feel any discomfort. I didn't notice too much change due to skin condition yet. 2 week cycle left, so maybe something noticeable will show up soon.

I thought like you wait until at goal, now I wish I had started earlier. That would been another 1.5 years of potential benefits. Might vary on how much you are trying to lose.

This is one that I've been wanting to dig into more. Some of the other peps have some concerns in how they operate mechanisticly and possible tumor growth, but GHK-Cu seems to be very clean.

There has been some concern about purity testing results. I haven't looked at it closely, but it seems to be something about how it is measured and some inconsistentcy with the labs. I hate to ask anyone to do my research for me, but I wouldn't object if someone who is familiar with the situation wanted to share.

Yes, worth it. I'm on my 4th 8 week cycle and I've noticed nice improvements, albeit not dramatic, with each cycle. If you're older it takes longer and you must be patient as others have mentioned.

I plan on running it for a year. First three cycles were at 2mg/day this cycle I've bumped it to 3mg/day and I think it's working a little better.

I also take it with 1/2mg of KPV daily which has knocked out my decades long restless leg syndrome, cleared up some chronic aches and pains and helped my skin - can't beat that!

I have it at home waiting to be reconstituted and start using. Life has been wild lately so I need a day of no plans to mess with all that.

I have learned that GHK-Cu benefits can depend greatly on your age. Older folks (40+) tend to achieve better results because younger persons ALREADY have enough in their systems. As we age, the copper diminishes, hence supplementation as we age shows more benefits.

I started with 1mg Wolverine Blend for 6 weeks, and moved to GLOW for the past 8 weeks. I am on a daily dose of 1 mg, NOT skipping any weekend days. I am STILL trying to alleviate the histamine reaction that causes bruises and knots for a few days after injection. But, that is trivial at this point because I am happy with the progress.

I am 68F, so the Glow blend was probably going to be highly beneficial to me anyway. But, geez, shit is great for me. Here are a few benefits I have observed from the Wolverine/Glow 1 mg daily injections:
  • 30-years of Lymphorrhea (leakage of clear, straw-colored lymph fluid through the skin, typically caused by severe or unmanaged lymphedema) TOTALLY cleared up and the skin on my legs is now normal. (Something that all of the vascular/gp doctors at the Cleveland Clinic could never help me with). Totally gone and clear---THAT is a Christmas Miracle.
  • Cracked heels have mended and look good.
  • Skin is smoother and somewhat firmer (especially on stomach and thighs)
  • Face is now even-colored from having darker, red splotches, almost resembling a lupus butterfly rash. In fact my rheumatologist asks me at every visit if I have been diagnosed with lupus. LOL
  • Heel Fat Pad syndrome (a common, often chronic cause of deep, aching, or bruise-like pain directly in the center of the heel caused by thinning or degradation of the heel's protective fat pad) has gotten so much better that I believe the collagen and fat pads are regenerating in my feet. This has been a bother for over four years, and something that four different podiatrists had no answer or help for.
  • Psoriasis-like scaly patches on my elbows and wrists is GONE. Totally gone.

So yeah, I highly recommend it for older folks with skin/collagen/lymph issues. I now have some KLOW that I will be switching to when my vial of reconstituted GLOW runs out in a week or two because I have heard that the addition of KPV will lessen the ISR.

Aw crap I just ordered the 100mg 🤣

Me too. Better bang for your buck. 🤣

That's what I use. You can buy empty 10 mL sterile vials, so you have more room to add more bac water.
Ahh. True. I sterilize using filters, hospira bac water and empty vials to help with the "failed" sterile tests by multiple vendors.

5mg a day for the last 100 days. Definitely see improvement in wrinkle lines, and the gray in the beard is darkening. Nails have to be cut every two days now. Hair is thicker. Just ordered another 100mg kit. Also have the topical AHK-cu, and my wife and daughter have just started to use. I do take Zinc every few days.

That's what I use too. I reconstitute it with 3ml BAC, draw out 1.5ml, put into a pen cartridge, then draw 3ml more BAC, and add 1.5 each to the cartridge and vial. So effectively 6ml water to 100mg. I did this extra dilution to minimize the sting that GHK-Cu can cause.

Also used 8mm needles, but they appear to be a mistake. I bend those darned things all the time. Bent one this am, in fact. Once I use up the 200 I currently have, I'm going to try 6mm.

Oh thank you for this info!!

How long do you cycle on/off for?

Yes definitely worth. Just finished a 6 week cycle of KLOW which was 2mg a day of ghkcu, I’m now continuing with 1mg daily of ghkcu.
My skin tone on my face has greatly evened out with much redness gone. Also a lot less puffiness under my eyes. My nails are growing so long and healthy, no splits or cracks like usual. I have read you can stay on it so no plans to cycle off at this stage.

I've been on 2mg/day for almost 2 months. I have not experienced any benefits, well, so far. Maybe I'm just too old and need to be on 5mg.

Thank you for your post. I do think however that it is best to start taking GHK-CU now whilst you are losing weight rather than wait until you have reached your goal. It is better that the effects of GHK-CU are taking place as you are losing weight so that your skin is forming and producing better collagen as you are gpong along than wait until the reach goal weight and wish you had been using GHK-CU all along. It might be a bit late once you have lost all the weight for GHK-CU to offer the best benefits to skin laxity.

All the best on your weight loss journey 🙂

How long do you cycle on/off for?
Due to my job I go away for months at a time, and then am home for months at a time. I do the GHK-Cu when home, and don't bring it to work. So 50/50 cycle, 3 mo's on, 3 mo's off.

I've mentioned in other threads, I'm surprised at how effective the GHK-Cu is; both the feel of the skin, and the appearance. That said, I am using a .2mm micro needle roller and GHK-Cu topical as well, and skin scrub, 2-3x a week. So not sure which is causing the results I see.

The bending of the 8mm pen needles definitely has to be from the injectable, though. I'm not applying the topical where I do my pinning. Just the other day, I put a new needle on the pen, pinched an inch, and stabbed. And the needle just folded over. BD Easy Touch, a good name-brand. First use. Hadn't been stabbed thru a rubber stopper or anything. This is new, never happened when I first started GHK-Cu.

Admittedly, part of it has to be my clumsy, poor technique. But that can't be all of it. Skin resiliency has to be changing too.

I use topical too, mix cosmetic grade ghkcu with Hada Labo hyaluronic acid lotion. I like the results.

Are you using 8mm to try to minimise sting? I read 8mm is better than shorter needles for ghkcu

I'm 44 and male. I've been taking 2.8mg of Glow for about 5 weeks. I also have had great results. I am actually only planning on taking it until I reach goal weight. I am doing the "Every day until you get through 2 vials and then a month off' cycle.

I know that when you come off, your normal aging processes return, but I figure the less damage done to my skin while losing weight the better.

My main noticeable effects are that it doesn't take any time in the morning to look like I've woken up, my thighs and under arms look and feel tighter, this weird discoloration dark spot I was developing on my face has disappeared, and my beard just feels softer.

Exactly. I had read the deeper you get SQ, the less pain. My first few injections were terrible, felt like I got shot by an airsoft pellet. So I diluted further (100mg/6ml), but that didn't help.

I finally found that I've got a few locations where it doesn't hurt, so I just pin there. I'll try some 6mm needles when I run out of these 8's.

I appreciate the encouragement! And you're absolutely right. The only issue I have is, I'm already pinning myself 7 times day. My abdomen is jacked up so I'm resorting to my butt cheeks, under arms and thigh (IM).
My cycles with MOTS-c and AOD-9604 are almost done --- when I take those out, I'll start pinning GHK-Cu!
