Reta dosage per week

I’ve been on Reta since 6 week, with 2mg and also it’s my starter dosage. This week specifically I felt like Reta is falling off and my body is getting used to it so I’m thinking about increasing the dosage to 4mg

I am also also planning to start an aggressive cut tomorrow since I have a very important meeting in a month and am currently at 15% body fat and aim to get 12% for the meeting.

Since I started I was taking Reta every single Tuesday night and now thinking about taking 2mg every 5 days what’s your opinion
 
Are you debating between pinning 2mg every 5 days vs 4mg every 7 days? If you've been on 2mg for 6 weeks, you can increase your dose to 3mg or 4mg. I would just increase the dose and pin every 7 days rather than continue the same dose every 5 days, esp if you are trying to ramp things up.
 
Every 5 days is too complicated for me to keep track.
You could maybe go to 2mg every 3.5 days. That's double your current dose, gives a steady half life cycle and is easier to track.
 
I'm a fan of sticking to once/week, but as long as you're doing the math to not exceed the maximum recommended dosage, whichever route you choose is up to you. You can use GLP1Plotter to see what the levels of saturation would look like. I say, go ahead and do what gives you the best results with as few sides as you can tolerate. Good luck!

Sure, you want 4 weeks on the same dose to built it up in your system per the studies. Your body is getting used to it. If the feelings go away, bump it up 2mg to 4m Your body fat is 15% now, current weight. What are you trying to achieve with this stuff?

To your question:
I’m trying to hit the 12% bf in one month doing aggressive cut since I have an important meeting. Since the “the food noise” will get harder in the aggressive cut, taking higher dose of Reta is what I’m thinking is the right decision. So instead of taking 2 mg a week I’m taking 2 mg every 5 days

I felt a huge difference between 2 and 3mg. I’ve been on 3mg for 4 jabs now and am very happy with it. Similar to 2 mg, I don’t get any appetite suppression but man do I feel full faster. Just saying I wouldn’t jump 2mg so fast. 3mg might be a good spot for you, like it was for me. I’m not opposed to trying 4mgs at all, and believe me, I went back and forth today when I took that 9th jab but I figured that if 3 is still working, well why push it. I’d recommend taking it slow. It’s not a race…
