The last thing you wanna do is follow "one" guide and risk overdosing or taking too high a dose where your body/mind starts to take a toll/have adverse effects. Thanks for this bit of info. I am more interested in weight loss and general physical health and wellness at 53 years old, but it is good to know this kind of stuff to venture into if I expand my use.Picked this up from another user a while back. I wish I could remember who so I could give credit.
