I am on
150mg Test C a week (3x50mg/week)
12mg reta
1mg wolverine stack
4mg mots-c 3x per week

I was curious as to starting a low dose of HGH 1UI with the long term goal of 2-3UI depending on tolerance. The two things I am concerned about is the insulin resistance and how that might interact with the Reta, and if people get any emotional side effects from it. I am hoping for some faster recovery time (maybe it will help with a shoulder that acts out occassionaly), and better sleep.

On 180 test c, 4mg Reta, 4iu Hgh. Hgh and Reta in my opinion are perfect together. Reta improves insulin sensitivity and that’s great when on Hgh. Your Reta dose is already high so keep in mind Hgh will increase hunger. Was on 2mg Reta with 2iu h and when I went to 4iu I also ended up doubling my Reta. I’m 47 btw and you never put your age. Started at 215lbs and currently 183lbs lean and now putting on muscle weight. Got down to 170lbs but looked shinny fat until I added the Hgh which changed everything.

Depends a bit on age, not a great idea if young. get IGF-1 , blood sugar, hb1ac checked first so you can see what effect it has on insulin resistance after you start it .
One significant issue with hgh is elevated blood sugar levels, reta is a very effective drug at lowering blood sugar, so will counteract this effect.
In general emotional effects are not really a thing , subjective effects can include slight improvements in general well being , and increased muscle and joint pain, as well as fluid retention and carpal tunnel syndrome. If you are going to use it look it up and know the adverse effects, and they are large and severe and can be permanent at high doses.
The testosterone is much more likely to have emotional or psychological / psychiatric effects.
The biggest concern in some ways is that animals with low gh or igf-1 signalling live longer which suggests the opposite effect might occur from increased levels.

I am currently taking Reta low does, Mots-c, Klow and Tesa/Ipa blend. I was also considering changing the Tesa/Ipa out for HGH…

I am currently taking 4mg of Reta weekly, 160mg of TRT, also stacking MOTS-C, NAD+, Glow, and Semax and just added HGH. Started with 1 iu and now have gone up to 2iu for the past week. So far no signs of insulin resistance, no water retention or joint pain. Seeing slight improvements in sleep. Planning to stay at 2iu for at least a month, split am and pm to see how I respond before I bump to 3, don't plan to go above 4 if I can tolerate it. Everything I have read is if you start getting water retention and joint pain back the dose down and stay there. So far I am happy with the result, but still too early to tell. Not seeing any weight loss, but In Body scale is showing 3% reduction in body fat so far. I am 52 so do agree that people younger than 35 should be cautious.

I am 54, I feel like over 50 can benefit for HGH more..

get IGF-1 checked, I thought I was being conservative with my dose of 1.5iu and IGF-1 turned out to be very high , 5 standard deviations above normal for age 58yo, and definitely not a good idea long term.

What's your cycle like and how much fat you lost with H and the duration ?

Went from 21% bf to 15% in just over 4 months. Was actually higher bf at 170lb than I am now at 183. I’ve done morning, evening, split with whatever iu I’m taking and couldn’t tell any difference so take 4iu in the evening unless I can’t be fasted at least 2 hours then I’ll wait till morning. Only sides have been tight hands. Sleep and recovery are amazing and belly fat seemed to melt off.

Well i think you can think about HGH as much as you want. If you cannot get it from your doctor in US. You are out of luck now if you have not stocked up before.
Now its forbidden in china and no vendor in china will sellt it more. But if you can get it from elsewhere the problem is solved of course.

These are good points. But I will add, if you look at some of the rat data, the dwarf rats live the longest. I don’t want to be a dwarf. I think if your z-score gets too high, there is a good argument for the life expectancy, but when your older, and Igf drops below 150, I’m so sure the data supports strongly that simply brining ti to 275-300 does to much to expectancy in regular humans. But I know the argument on the other side.

Unfortunately good long term human data does not exist, and probably won't get done. The general consensus among endocrinologists is that hgh and related therapies are not worth the risks, ( for things like obesity or sarcopenia ) except in cases of severe deficiency caused by specific diseases or brain damage, so those large expensive long term studies in humans are not likely to get done, and you have to guess based on what is known in humans plus the animal and cell studies. And increased IGF-1 signalling and hgh can improve some things, so it is far from clear cut good or bad.

48!

I'm 42 and feel like Test, Reta, and HGH are the holy trinity. I'm currently taking 150mg Test-c weekly (split into daily IM), 2mg Reta MWF, 2iu HGH daily. I also cycle a bunch of other peptides. Mots-c is one I recommend, at least in a small dose, with HGH. It'll assist the reta with combating insulin resistance. I've never heard about HGH causing any emotional dysregulation at low doses. That side usually comes from either estrogen or prolactin getting out of range. HGH generally has no direct effect on E2, but it can slightly elevate prolactin levels. It does have some receptors in the brain that can trigger emotional responses, but anecdotally I have never heard of that being an issue until the higher doses.

i would delay that idea with the current shortage from China 😟
