T120, why such a large amount in a single vial?

The only place I've seen it said that you can freeze reconstituted tirz, is in these forums. My other forums and reddit don't seem to agree. Where can I learn more about this? Thanks.

Try out the search button in the upper right hand corner, it is very useful!

The vials we have coming are 3ml, not sure of anyone else’s offerings.

If you filter, the shipping vial is irrelevant if the weight can be appropriately reconstituted in the given volume.
Fair enough, I've only seen the higher concentrations in the bigger vials. Where the fuck is that r140 coming from? And what size vials, and coas?!?!? Would love to know more!

WW GB. 3ml vials, and yes COA's. Pretty sure Endo too. I know who's making it, but don't want to post it here. I ordered a kit.

I see T120 being advertised with some vendors. I wonder why someone would buy such a huge volume in a single vial? Is it folks running a med spa and using it for multiple clients? For an individual, even at 15mg/week, it would take 8 weeks to consume. I'm only on 5mg/week so my T30s will take 6 weeks. Just curious, still learning. Thanks.
because some of us are taking 60mg a week

i am a collector of fine GBs, could you send me a dm with a link?

as some have stated about sharing the vials or freezing. ive seen alot of people that use injector pens will go ahead and make several of the cartridges in one go and freeze them for less prep later. especially the ones that do filtering too so i could see that to help drive cost down even further. tirz holds up really well to a single freeze after recon so there isnt much harm in it. other peps not so much though. just ordered a couple pens to try out so i might be following suit since the sterile cartridges are only like $0.75 vs vials being around the $1-$2 mark depending on where you get them

It would be good for me because me and my husband use out of the same vial. I stocked up on 30s and 60s before my husband started taking it. We go through it quickly.

Table was extracted from a study made by janoshik. It's been floating around here and elsewhere online for ever I can't believe you have not found it and other supporting evidence of freezing Tirzepatide for storage after it's been reconed.

I have seen this image several times now, but I have still never found the source of it. Today I watched over two hours of interviews with Peter Magic and didn't hear a thing about freezing reconstituted. Lyophilized, yes. I know it doesn't mean he hasn't said it, I just haven't found it yet.

I did learn a few other things from those interviews. GLP1s in particular, are much more hardy than most people think. Shake your solution, no problem. Leave it on the counter for a few days, who cares. Don't need BAC when saline or just sterile water is fine. EU doesn't even use BAC. Hearing all of this does make me think freezing is probably fine, but again I just haven't seen an authoritative source yet.

Aren't we all here to "do our own research"? Believe me, I am trying.

You could also just freeze a vial and then try it. That's how I know that both tirz and survo freeze fine. I'm currently working on my very last vial of compound that I froze in the fall, forgot about, and just started using in April. It's working just fine.

100% agree, similar with Reta when starting out . Possibly not best practice but it worked. It's all an experiment and accepted risk tolerance.

I do plan to do that. I have a T60 kit coming this week and I really only need T30. I'll make two vials and freeze one.

I know a few people on the 15 mg dose. I think they would do well to share a 120 mg vial. It's also great if you're living in a country with strict border patrol and this manages to slip through the cracks. It's like getting 4 TR30 kits through.

As others said, you can safely freeze reconstituted tirz according to your risk tolerance. If I were to do so, I would aliquot to single-dose vials/cartridges and freeze, then let it thaw in the fridge 24 hours before injection day.
