After 3 months on Tirz and making sure I was past all the side effects, I decided to add in KPV for it's anti-inflammatory potential. I noticed improvements in inflammation almost immediately on Tirz and wanted to see if I could optimize it even further. I am doing .5(500mcg) first thing in the morning. I started to see results after about 5 days. Zero ISR or side effect so far.

Very noticeable:
  • Easier to get out of bed without any warming up. I used to sit on the bed, gently rolling my ankles around, moving my knees a little etc before putting weight on my legs. Now I just jump up.
  • Hip pain that used to wake me up if I rolled over on it while sleeping is gone.
  • Capral tunnel/wrist pain was almost gone by the 20 day mark. I still get an occasional ping of pain if I lift something heavy.
  • I am not as sore after softball or playing with the kids. (I up my dose to 1mg on days I have active plans. maybe 2x a week as needed)
  • More energy, planted a garden, hauled bags of soil, bent over a lot and felt just a little sore the next day. This would have knocked me out for 2 or 3 days before.
Not sure if it is related
  • Weight loss increased back up to 1.2 lb a week once I added in KPV with no change to Tirz dose. I had settled in at about .5 a pound a week.
  • Stomach issues are much better especially acid reflux
  • Hands seem to work better, less finger cramping and I can see my knuckles again. Less inflamation. (Not sure if this is the Tirz or KPV and I just didn't notice earlier)
  • Easier to wake up, not lounging in bed as long.
I know we are all just trying to figure out what works for us with very little human trail science to go on so thought I would share.

I'm just finishing up three weeks of having added KPV, and plan on running it indefinitely. I noticed that the tirz burps aren't a thing for me anymore. Inflammation reduced significantly as soon as I started tirz in Jan, and I added KPV just to help that out. Love both.

Wow that's awesome. I just ordered some KLOW, which will be the first time I will have any KPV in my system. Excited to try even though I won't be able to tell what's doing what.

KLOW is good, but let me just say, the KPV just hits different by itself than it does in the KLOW blend.
I pin KPV by itself in addition to the KLOW. (different times)

Ok, now I am intrigued...🙂 I've got lower back pain from an old compression injury, and of late its been more inflamed...I have some BPC-157 that I am going to try, but this thread has me interested. I'll probably get some KPV and once I sort out the BPC-157, give it a whirl...👍

Let me know how it goes for you! There are so many things I want to try but trying not to add more than one new thing at a time. The struggle is real.

I take 1mg of KPV in the morning by itself, and 1mg in the evening mixed with GHK-CU (I mix 50mg GHK with 20mg KPV into 1-5ml vial for a 2.5mg/1mg dose)

I'm with you on that...Tirz is what brought me to peptides. This site has opened me up to all the other peptides that are out there. But just getting settled in to all the Triz (and now Reta too) falderal with greys, crypto, testing, yada yada..makes jumping on new stuff a little less of a priority. And like you said, making sure you isolate whatever effects you are supposed to be getting by only trying one at a time. But just like the BPC-157, I have some BH-500, Semex, Selank, (all sitting in a drawer) and apparently now some KPV (on order) that I buy from one of the "1 vial" US companies that I will try out and see what I think. If it does nothing, then nuff said and move on. If there are effects that work and I like, then I have to decide is it good enough to invest in the whole grey kits with lab testing expense...so yeah...that struggle...😎

Definitely going to add this to my stack I have this foot pain just in one foot that comes after I have been on it for a good few hours. How much do you guys take per day.

Here is the completely made up protocol some use. I occasionally bump up to 1.0 if I did something that I think will make me sore. I do .5 every morning currently. Not sure if I will cycle off or not yet.

Injectable (SubQ): 200-500mcg once or twice daily depending on use case — general anti-inflammatory is 200-300mcg daily, active inflammation 250mcg twice daily, autoimmune support 500mcg once daily.

I'm taking like 750mcg every morning, for the very very scientific reason that I reconstituted with 1.5 instead of 1, because it seemed to dissolve easier with slightly more bac, and 10 units is a nice easy measure 😂 "science"

As I'm on Glow now and happy of effects it gives me, I'm gonna get KPV on my next order. Got an idea to cycle it while cycling off Glow. Hope it will help with my rosacea, which is a bit better due to Glow, but there's still a bit to improve...

KPV is a favorite of mine. It’s one of my top 2 peptides. I was just looking at my spreadsheet and it looks like I have 732 mg left in my stash. Good for now, but I feel like this is a forever peptide to always keep around.

G-ma J. I'm listening and I have to try. Kinda of got my own ailments, (age) Thank you for the info

I have continued to look for a solution for the burps. I burp and don't even know anymore because it's routine. My wife gets on me sometimes about burping and then I notice.

I'm convinced. Got to score me some KPV!

is this what I keep hearing referred to as the wolverine stack?

What is the other one?

Anyone have psoriasis and on kpv?

Anyone have psoriasis and on kpv?
Kpv may help but Try topical ghkcu. I had a girlfriend that had red patches on her arms and hands from psoriasis. I made topical ghkcu by adding 1gram of gkhcu powder to 30ml hyaluronic acid. She applied it a couple times a day and it was gone after several weeks. Nothing else worked for her.
