Peptides for Arthritis?

That is really helpful to know about the support for peri. I had tried it years ago and had estrogenic symptoms, but I think it would helpful to try again.
By the way, I have to add for anyone else: it was not at ALL toxic. Boron is awesome.
Vitex is also good for raising progesterone naturally, which is the 1st one to tank with age. It wrecks sleep and mood.

I take 1/8 teaspoon sodium borate (borax) but the FDA and big pharma have demonized it even though it is what my grandparents took. You can get boron citrate (nutircost) or bororganic glycine (NOW supplements) on amazonnif you are scared of Borax. There is a huge group on FB filled with testimonials like mine.
Like, 20 Mule Team Borax????

I am researching KLOW and extra KVP for arthritis in my ankle. Just started a few months ago and it is helping.
I am curious about the shot location. Do you pin near the ankle or in the belly? Currently my KVP is pinned in the belly

I pin on the inside side of the ankle. I pinch enough skin to make a spot I can get the pin to enter and its done.

Yes, boron is awesome! Big pharma and the fda have demonized it but our bodies need it like they need iron, copper, etc. I get a lot of weirdness from some people even asking me if I eat tide pods, too - so I sometimes hesitate to talk about it, but it is definitely NOT toxic! For high estrogen or estrogne dominance, DIM works wonders.

💯. The AIP diet helps a lot. For me, triggers were foods with white vinegar, synthetic citric and malic acids, synthetic sugars, and sometimes uric acid from purine in some meats.
Oh man I guess that means my coke zero and crystal light would be no nos. I have RA and probably should give that up but it is so hard.

I know you didn't ask me but I completely reversed my high blood pressure, inflammation and most of my arthritis pain by following the Starch Solution by Dr. McDougall. He was local to my area and it totally changed my life. Almost as much as GLP-1's.
cool thanks I will have a look.
I think driving down these Saskatchewan roads is destroying my spine ~ that's the real thing I should avoid. I find that KPV has helped a bit with the flare ups.

I feel you. Those were my 2 favorite drinks, too! CO2 in carbonated drinks is highly acidic. I have pH test strips and it is insane how much acidic content in sodas even diet ones you'd think just the sugar is the acidic part. Funny thing, crystal light affects me more despite not having CO2, go figure. What I do when I cheat is take 2 capsules of sodium bicarbonate (or a teaspoon of baking soda in water if you don't gag like I do) or take a high dose of turmeric (4 capsules of 800 mg) and it counteracts the acidity. I took a pic of my results.

what foods?
Dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, refined sugar, seed oils are the primary ones. I couldn't understand why I was up all night in raging pain for years; pain killers didn't help. I was having a hard time walking, and started calling out of work more and more because my joints hurt too much to complete my job responsibilities.
I learned about AIP to manage inflammation. It had a pretty dramatic effect. I had believed living in pain was just "the way it is," but removing these foods was a way to "restrictive freedom."
I honestly can say I do not miss those foods, because the brief enjoyment of eating them was far exceeded by the days of pain. I eat very well and nourished with plenty of health fats, proteins, carbs, and vegetables.

Thanks for your responses @GrandmaJ and @Crumplestiltskin . I looked over the case for complex starches made by Dr. McDougall and have to admit, I do not eat too much starch nowadays. Don't get me wrong, I Love my potatoes, but maybe too much so. I eat some beans and edamame, but nothing too serious.
As far as cutting "Dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, refined sugar, seed oils", this is a large part of my diet which hasn't ever really caused me inflammation. I don't think I'd need reta if I cut those foods.

If it gets bad again today, I'll try some more KPV, but its behaving atm. I've made a GHK/KPV mix that I normally use each morning, 2.5/0.5mg respectively. I was running the last bits of the mixture and it really hurt to inject, enough that I just wanted to quit altogether. But I remade the solution this week, and filter sterilized using my newly crafted BAC water, and you know, these last two mornings I used it, ~absolutely no pain~. I wonder if the last batch went bad? Maybe systemic inflammation related to endo exposure (or worse)? I really should split the batch and freeze half. I will when I receive new sterile flasks.

The fact that fda/pharma have demonized it tells me allll I need to know. Plus that I already knew that borax has legit benefits from prior research.

For me, BPC is a game changer. I have arthritis in both knees (4/5 in one and 3.5/5 in the other). Used haluronic injections last July and then found BPC a few months later. Although the injections are only supposed to work for 6-7 months max, I am 10 months post, and with the help of BPC, I can get into a catcher's squat, which I was unable to do for decades.

Yeah, have you seen the borax conspiracy? Interesting read. I attached it for you.
Also, I recently got some eye drops that my ophtalmologist recommended and guess what is in them? Borax and Boric acid of all things! Go figure!
