I presume everything is going to be painful because I am a physical coward 😂😂😂I wouldn't assume that it will be painful unless it lasts past several days of initial use.

I've been on KLOW for four months and have never experienced and discomfort or pain beyond what normal sq shots give me. I use 3 ml of BAC water for KLOW80.Hello all, I would really like to try GHK-Cu but I've read comment after comment about how awful the pain is using it. I have also read that adding either KPV or BPC-157 can help with the sting. I do not want to try either KLOW or GLOW at this time so I would like thoughts and advice. If I were to mix the GHK-Cu with either, now much BAC water would you use? Thanks for the guidance.
I am now super invested in your journey. Please do update!I reconstituted with 3ml because that's what fit, I'm going to use with kpv because I use that every day anyway, and they're mixable, and the kpv is supposed to mitigate the sting...I am my own science experiment!
By around 615 eastern tomorrow morning, you'll probably know, unless I'm crying 😂😂😂I am now super invested in your journey. Please do update!
Every vial I get, whether it's 10mg, 20mg, 25mg, or 30mg peptide, they are all the same size. 3ml BAC water is what fits, so I just do that and do the math.I reconstituted with 3ml because that's what fit, I'm going to use with kpv because I use that every day anyway, and they're mixable, and the kpv is supposed to mitigate the sting...I am my own science experiment!
I must not be in the majority as I have never had a reaction or pain from ghk cu, glow or klow.Got mine in the mail at 1130 this morning. Reconstituted immediately. Looks as it should. Going to trial like .5mg in the AM with my KPV. Still scared 😂 will update.
I too was experiencing pain and burning with the first few doses, but learned that diluting the GHK-Cu with an additional 20 units of Bac water made the pain go away. U shouldn't mix the other peptides with it, since they have a different PH and it can reduce their efficacy, so I've heard. U will want to take some Zinc when u take the GHK-Cu, since the Cu is copper, and they compete for the same receptors, it seems to balance them out so ur not getting to much of one or the other when taking them. Also u'll want to take vitamin C, to help with assimilation of the copper, and to prevent some pretty serious headaches. Selenium and Molybdenum are also recommended, as they are needed as building blocks of collagen. U may also want to supplement with collagen, the raw material that u may be trying to build in your skin and bones.Hello all, I would really like to try GHK-Cu but I've read comment after comment about how awful the pain is using it. Let me know how this goes as this is exactly what I’m gonna be doing for my partnerI reconstituted with 3ml because that's what fit, I'm going to use with kpv because I use that every day anyway, and they're mixable, and the kpv is supposed to mitigate the sting...I am my own science experiment!
Best of luck! May your butt not be sore.By around 615 eastern tomorrow morning, you'll probably know, unless I'm crying 😂😂😂
I've done all of these things except numbing cream.I have same concerns, have everything ready to go but still hesitating as it's a daily pin.
My notes say:
More bac
Room temp before injecting
Upper glutes
Numbing cream
Longer 8 or 12mm needle
Inject slowly
Zinc supplements
I've also seen people say massage afterwards, I've tried and didn't really notice a difference. I just do a little wiggle anyway.I have same concerns, have everything ready to go but still hesitating as it's a daily pin.

Thanks for the extra information on supplements. I already take collagen, vitamin C, and zinc l-carnosine. I will look into the others.I too was experiencing pain and burning with the first few doses, but learned that diluting the GHK-Cu with an additional 20 units of Bac water made the pain go away. What does the carnosine do for u?Thanks for the extra information on supplements. I already take collagen, vitamin C, and zinc l-carnosine. I will look into the others.
I've always had stomach issues, including horrendous acid issues, and the zinc plus DGL keeps everything in check for me. I really try not to take Pepcid or anything like that. What does the carnosine do for u?
Just read this on the two, L-carnosine and DGL,I've always had stomach issues, including horrendous acid issues, and the zinc plus DGL keeps everything in check for me. I really try not to take Pepcid or anything like that.
I take the zinc first thing in the morning and chew the DGL 20 minutes before each meal. I also drink marshmallow root tea and chamomile tea. I hope you get relief--stomach issues are so miserable.Just read this on the two, L-carnosine and DGL,
So thank you for that, I've been having some weird reactions to foods lately, citrus, vitamin-C, really anything with acid in it. This may help with that. Much appreciated.
- DGL (The Soother): This licorice root extract stimulates the body’s natural production of mucus. This creates a thick, protective physical barrier over the delicate tissues of the esophagus and stomach, providing immediate relief from acid, spicy foods, or occasional heartburn.
- L-Carnosine (The Repair Agent): When combined with zinc (creating Zinc L-carnosine), this amino acid compound acts directly on the cells of the gut lining. It sticks to inflamed or damaged areas and actively promotes tissue regeneration, tightens loose gut junctions, and reduces inflammation.
It is deglycyrrhizinated licorice root. I am having some testing done. I think we are going to try H.Pylori first and if that comes back negative, we will probably move on to other things. I will ask my PCP about food allergies/intolerances.U may have a food allergy, my son used to have horrible acid reflux, we discovered that he was allergic to tomatoes. Didn't know what DGL was until I looked it up, never heard of it before. Just to make sure, is it a licorice root extract?
One thing I forgot to mention is that I always shoot the GHK in the glute, tried the belly fat and it burned for days. Glute much more tolerable.
Lots of bac water. You will be fine.I just have to get brave this week.
1 G or 1 Mg ????I finally did it! 1g, only 6 units on the syringe and diluted it all the way to the 30 mark with BAC. It didn't hurt, but now I am going to get BAC poisoning 😱
