I just discovered on the Internet that there is a diet which could make you lose up to 10 kg in less than a week.

Being a Reta makes it very easy, the diet is only eating protein for four days or so, literally zero carb and zero fat so you only have a few options to get your proteins from either from the protein like chicken breast, egg whites, tuna or whey protein isolate

And you still need to hit the gym like two times above and lower body so you prevent from losing muscle and to make the diet more effective try to hit at least 10,000 step minimum up to 40,000 step a day doing that while on GLP should be pretty easy and you will look pretty different after a few few days doing this diet.

I’m not saying it’s healthy diet, but I’m saying if I am for example have a photo shooting for a model agency and I need to lose weight pretty fast and get a lean sharp face I would definitely choose this diet

You would mostly lose muscle glycogen during that time and likely end up in ketosis. Depending on your body weight, you could lose around 3–8 kg just from glycogen and water loss. Once you start eating carbs again, that weight would come back quickly as glycogen stores are replenished. Unless you stay in a calorie deficit for a longer period, you’re mostly losing glycogen and water rather than significant amounts of body fat, especially in a week period
