I have seen some conflicting answers on this, and I see a lot of vendors selling it combined in a single vial but have seen some people saying it's not a good idea to combine them and better to take them individually. Was interested to hear peoples thoughts on this.

Like every other peptide/compound, each situation is relative.

However, IMO, it's always best to do separately.

Depending on how long your injuries existed, how serious the injuries were, where the injuries are located, how your body reacts to those injuries, genetics, your diet, your SLEEP (hugely important), your stress, how shitty your body was prior to taking peps....

If your injury or injuries lasted longer than 6 months, I would strongly recommend you take TB first, for 3 weeks. TB4 is the full chain that is stronger for more systemic/broader effects but has a much shorter half life and TB-500 is a partial chain that is more specific to the regional area and isn't as strong, but has a much longer half life. TB4 also costs considerably more than TB-500.

Then you take BPC-157 for the next 3 weeks.

Then you take both for the next 3 weeks.

By this time, most of your injuries should be 90% better. You'll still need to do some PT.

Then you take BPC-157 at maintenance dose for however long you want.

Just keep in mind that the more you take it long term (past 12 weeks), the higher chances of risk(s).

My opinion is both if you're stacking them anyways. Costs less than individually. What are they risks you speak of over 12 weeks?

Individual individual individual. Get BPC first and run that for a while and see what it does, then add in TB.

BPC has been amazing for me, ran it for 3 weeks and added TB4 just recently. TB has been interesting, recovery is definitely better but I'm getting lightheadedness when standing and other mild but noticable side effects.

I can't imagine using both at once without being able to control the dosing. Hell, it'll even be cheaper long term to buy them separately. No reason to run them together if you care enough to ask.

Costs aren't a huge difference though... Unless you buy from a US based vendor online website.

BPC and/or TB has the potential to increase tumor growth if taken too long. I think that's the only potential concern... As of right now.

How do you feel about KLOW and GLOW stacks?

no

Do not combine them into a single vial and store them. You can combine them into a syringe but should not do this for reconned pep.

You dont know know what each individual peptide was buffered with. Even if they can be sold as a mix you have no idea if a different ph buffering agent is required to keep them stable or if the manufacturer adds an additional stabilizer need to prevent dimerization, interactions, or degradation.

short term in-syringe mixtures of compatible compounds is ok because they don’t stay mixed long enough for potential adverse effects to play out.

But storage of mixed reconned peptides is you risking rapid degradation of quality over time.

If you want to do it, do it once and send a sample in for testing somewhere free like the scammers manipulating test results for profit at Finnrisk after it’s been mixed a few weeks

Don't see how taking it longer matters if its an issue to begin with?

I love those two, klow and glow I'm on one or the other continuously.

The more you take the doses ie everyday, consistently, the build up adds up and could potentially support moreso the potential growth of existing tumor(s) in your body.

And DAMMIT did you read my whole comment?! 😤

What dose of TB4 and frequency are you taking it ?

Planning on running them separate when they come come in. I’ve read too many people getting underwhelming results with the blends and want to do a 4 week loading phase of TB-500. I suppose if you’re running it for general wellness and recovery that’s one thing, but I have a bicep tendon that’s been a nagging pain in the ass for years I want to nip in the bud and plan on localizing BPC-500.

No need to localize. You can if you really want to, hell, use a tourniquet on both sides if you want to.

Loading sounds like a great idea.

Pro-tip: Do the BPC 3x a day at 0.5 per.

I've been on the blend for a month now, BB10. Pinning 500mcg (250mcg of each) twice a day. Both my shoulders that had issues are better now.
Stopping soon, I've had no issues.
I completely understand if you want control of how much you run of each, then for sure get separate but if just want to take a run with it the blend seems just fine...for me at least.

What kind of shoulder issues were you dealing with? Every time I incorporate lateral raises I eventually inflame my left bicep tendon at the top of the long head and it carries over to my pressing and I have to cut it out for a month and it drives me insane.
