Hello, I was doing research on potential peptides for neuron rewiring, and I came across cart 55 & cart 102. The first thing I noted was how expensive it was (0.1 mg) for like $300.

The next thing was the benefits: Which I have listed here to allow you guys to read it.

So I just wanted to ask about or if anybody heard of this peptide or has anyone found unusual peptides or not heard of peptides that are super specific in terms of brain rewiring and neurons repair.

Thank you.

CART (55-102) functions as a growth factor, altering the brain’s architecture. It:

Upregulates BDNF, the primary driver of neuroplasticity.
Promotes neurogenesis, encouraging the birth and integration of new neurons, especially in memory centers.
Rebuilds synaptic structures, increasing synaptic density and stabilizing dendritic branches.
Protects mitochondria by binding to succinate dehydrogenase B, raising ATP energy production during stress or neurotoxin exposure.
CART acts as a natural stabilizer in the brain’s reward pathways, opposing excessive dopamine signaling and dampening psychostimulant-induced hyperactivity and rewarding sensations. It also inhibits hunger by blocking the feeding responses triggered by hunger hormones like Neuropeptide Y (NPY) and signals satiety when working synergistically with leptin.
Metabolic Burn:
It stimulates the central nervous system to increase baseline metabolic rate and caloric expenditure.
4. Pancreatic & Hormonal Functions

Protects Insulin Cells:
It shields pancreatic beta-cells from cellular death caused by chronic high blood sugar (glucotoxicity) and promotes their replication to improve long-term insulin output.

Systemic Response: Central activation causes a temporary, acute spike in blood glucose and arterial pressure, while also coordinating neuroendocrine responses to stress.

Modulates Pain: Found heavily in the spinal cord, it has a dual nature—it can temporarily worsen certain types of nerve pain while simultaneously enhancing the pain-relieving power of medications like morphine.

Stress and Mood: It plays a role in anxiety and depression, with evidence suggesting it exhibits endogenous antidepressant-like properties.

Pretty old shit

Nsver heard of those but I have read some really good anectdotal experiences here using the Russian Cerebrolysin.

I use Semax for this, but I cycle it 30 days on and a couple of weeks off. It is mildly effective. If you want something more potent to promote neuroplasticity and promote BDNF and neuron regen, try Ketamine. $300 for an infusion here in SC, it really works. Unless you are not OK with psychedelic like substances and will freak out. Just tell them you have anxiety, it is 100% legal here if the Dr approves it and they will unless you have some issue like uncontrolled BP.

I haven't read about that one. Rabbit hole, here I come!
its not made of pigs

and i have done independent research on pigs and (it is not good) many religions ban it and for good reason

heres some other rabbit holes:

Adamax
Selank
Seemax
Shb
MOTS
Hhb
Oxytocin
P21
Actovegin

Either way i am looking for something that can heal or repair my neurons and brain plasticity and or replace and make the mind curious

basically as you grow up your neurons become more rigid and harder to change this is genetically correct in terms of making sure you do not fall into traps or previous habits , however we do want to test our limits as humans and that is what i aim to do (along with other things like treating epilepsies as my brain has probably been severely damaged by those.

Haha, more rabbit holes!🕳🐇
I actually already went down most of those and got a couple in my freezer. The only ones I haven't rrad about are SHB & Actovegin. I shall start reading!

Oxytocin will give you a proper good flushing of the face if nothing else. It will improve overall mood, but it takes many days to get that effect, for me, nothing happens during the short half life of it, besides the flushing.

Please let me know what you come up with if you can.

Just ordered some the other day from RUPharma. Cortexin sounds like the real deal as well.

There's always cortagen and pinealon too.

Excited to blast my dad with the cerebrolysin when it comes. First gen antipsychotics did a number on him.

Good luck and keep us posted on results. I love reading success stories!

No clinical trials, not much done recently with it , sounds a long way from ready for human experimental use. Does not sound like it is still being considered as a drug development candidate, this is a pretty good sign there are issues with it. There are likely much safer nootropic agents , none with great evidence of safety or efficacy in humans, but at least better than these. Pretty much all the ones mentioned in your other post on here are in that category.

what are you talking about first result on google

A study in rodents is not a study in humans. Rodent studies are very useful to see how drugs or potential drugs work or if they work and if they are toxic. The vast majority of positive studies in rats and mice fail when tested in humans. No clinical trials means no human testing , which as far as I can tell is accurate for these chemicals, and so by definition they are not proven to be safe or effective in humans.

Mixing up cell, animal and human testing results is extremely common and is often done intentionally by those promoting the sale of peptides. Some peptides without human testing have a lot of animal and cell research behind them, these do not. and the timing on the studies suggest they are not being actively researched any more, which should be a red flag for experimentation.
