How much weight have you lost?

Averaging 2.25 lbs a week, down around 25 pounds in 12 weeks. Been pretty steady, weeks where it's lower I know for sure my weigh will be low due to family gatherings and such. Every week has been a loss even if very slight.

These stories are so great. It is amazing how many people are accomplishing what used to be impossible. Call big pharma what you may, but man, sometimes they do incredible things. Almost wants you to not resent their grubby little greedy fingers.

At one point I weighed 288 but I started the shots on 1/6/26 at 261.6. Now I am 221. I am kinda jacked since I've been lifting for 23 years. I've been going to the gym 4 times a week on average since 10/1/24. I would like to get down to 205 and see how that is before deciding on a different goal.

Weight loss for me meant nothing. I've been adding muscle almost as fast as I've been losing fat. I just looked at my stats. Since October I've lost only 24 lbs, however I was wearing size 3X shirts that were tight then, and today, I can wear an XL and it's loose.

328 lb --> 302 lb = 26lb in 3 months. Solid 2 lb a week average. That's with 3x a week weight training to failure or near. 2270 calories per day, 200g+ of protein daily. I'm hoping to maintain all the strength I can. The drop has slowed down a bit, so I may need to drop off some additional calories soon. RT has been at 1mg until this past Saturday, just titrated up to 2mg. I'm in no hurry. It took me 30 years to get here, a year or two to get back to 225 and healthy seems to make sense to me.1780487572883.webp

62M former athlete. Blew up to 262lbs on Prednisone for autoimmune diseases the last few years. Retatrutide 2mg/wk starting end of December 2025. Down a full 70 pounds to 191-192. My goal weight. I can't believe it. Less than 6 months and I'm where I need to be.

Dose increases by 1mg/month to 5mg. Also occasionally use Tesamorelin 1mg/day for visceral fat.

I recently switched Reta brands and it seems less effective. I may move to 6mg (3mg 2x per week) Autoimmune inflammation comes roaring back if I wait too long between doses. So not only am I using Reta to maintain a proper weight, but to control autoimmune disease symptoms.

Hashimoto's
Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (like lupus)
Secondary Adrenal insufficiency (severe)
Myasthenia Gravis neuromuscular issues (very drug responsive, but negative labs)

That’s a really good pace. I took tirz a few months ago for one month and lost 20 lbs that month bc my doctor prescribed a higher dose and I got so annoyed with all my coworkers asking how I was losing weight.

18lbs in 14 weeks. I'm up to 5mg Tirz (several weeks already) & just bumped up to 3mg Reta trying to get to faster loss like others, but this week has been so hard to eat at all & not really any loss. My stomach doesn't feel too good. Prob need to go back down to the 2.5mg Reta

.5mg is pretty small in my opinion. I also think a small dose like that for your first time pin is super smart. I would try 1mg for a few weeks or so and see how you respond. I am not a doctor, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express a few days ago. 🙂
