NAD

You’re losing belly fat with Mots-C? Nice. I’m waiting on my SS31 to arrive. Going to research it first, then the mots. Hoping for some energy but fat loss would be a nice bonus.
My first two weeks I was like holy crap. I typically pay attention to my belly. So it was very noticeable.

All of the human NAD+ studies I've found used oral, so that's the direction I am leaning once it makes it to the top of the 'to try' list.
Came back to thank you for this reply--prompted me to go back and research NAD+ more. My RS doesn't like to take pills, but eventually might force her to.

Absolutely! I am very intrigued by the findings so far. I am not a fan of pills either, but it may be worth getting used to!

And the next challenge is finding a good product. I think some supplement manufacturers and resellers are almost as questionable as pep vendors.
%100! That's where I am stuck as well. I have 2 new peptides coming in this week so the NAD is on the back burner for now. (we'll see how long that lasts!😂 )

I feel ya. Prepping to try mots-c first, just recieved a kit. And hydroxocobalamin. Interestingly mots-c increases intracellular NAD. Now to me, it seems it would make sense to supp with NAD or precursors first but I have not found any data to support that. I have found some studies that have evidenced that even supplementing with niacin increases NAD.

I find NAD+ is one of the most beneficial peptides out there. It is one of those things that I didn’t realize was doing anything until I stopped taking it. I bought my first cycles from simplepeptide.com. It was $50 or $60 for 500mg and it was worth every penny. I don’t know of a single con related to NAD+.

My protocol was/is pretty conservative to some that I have seen. 100mg three times a week for a month, then 100mg maintenance dose every 30 days. I use 100mg vials now and reconstitute with McKesson sterile water then inject as soon as it dissolves. As always, I encourage everyone to do their own research to see what works best for them. 😁
Where are you finding 100 mg vials? Mostly I've only seen is 500 mg. Thanks in advance for the info.

You can also purchase NMN or NR they are both precursors to NAD. I have used donotage.org.

Not Everthing needs to be injected, lol.
Are we talking about NAD or NAD+? Looks like vendors sell either/or. Are they the same or different? Thanks.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong but I think they are one and the same. NR and NMN turn into NAD just different parts of the chain.

Actually, I think you are right. They are one and the same. Having read a little more, could have answered my own question. 🙂 Thanks for the reply

I actually would not recommend NAD for anyone under 40 years old. We all have NAD in our bodies already but it starts to decrease in our 40’s
There are certain conditions that cause lower NAD levels before your 40’s. There have been studies done showing that women with PCOS have naturally lower NAD levels and benefit from NMN supplementation.

I am in my 20’s but was diagnosed with PCOS earlier this. My endocrinologist immediately put me on a regiment that included daily resveratol supplementation, which helped a lot with energy levels until my tirz dose increased. I also have had dramatic improvements in fatigue and mood since adding NAD+ injections
