Quick back story. We ordered 1 vial of reta from one of the expensive places (before we learned) we mixed it with hospira and it worked great.
We ordered a kit from what seems to be a very reputable source with a lot of good reviews and group tests to back up the supply. We also ordered some of their BAC water.
When we reconstituted the kit (not cold and rolled in palms slowly) it looked fine. Nice and clear. We used it and it seems to do the job. It did seem to hit a little different but the weight loss continued as did the inflammation drop, etc I didn’t feel as queasy with it but I chalked that up to being week three and getting used to the dose.
When I went back for second dose from that it had clouded. So I set it aside and mixed a second vial and it clouded as well after its sits. When it’s rerolled it goes clear again.
We had a small amount of the old reta left and mixed that with the new BAC and it seems fine but waiting to see if it reclouds.
Is it normal for it to be need to be rolled again to clear? Is it a Possible PH issue with the new bac?
I do have Hospira on the way and will test the new batch of Reta.
Hope this all makes sense!

Stop wasting money on vendor bac water next time. You would have to test it to make sure it has right ph, right amount of ingredients, right type of water, etc. You would have to do that on every batch.

When using solutions other than Hospira you'll run into this more frequently.
Vendor BAC is a big no due to lack of sterility, high endo counts as well as the wrong (or no) BA% and PH. As noted, contact the vendor, they should replace it since you were using their toilet water.

Ive never had ANYTHING go cloudy on me but I've only used hospira.

What concentration? Did you warm it up in your hands after taking it out of the fridge? (Did you make sure to keep it refrigerated?)

Yes it was refrigerated and yes warmed up. The vendors discord had one member with the same batch number have the same issue and when they used hospira it fixed the issue. I have hospira arriving tomorrow and will update with the results.
Fingers crossed and lesson learned!

OK.

As @RetCurious said, it's probably a pH issue (too acidic).
I test my BAC vials for pH (a few drops on pH paper accurate to a quarter of a unit is enough to know). And everyone should test their Hospira as well, given what Pfizer states in the SDS, and because the pH can drift over time.

Lilly's patents indicate an isoelectric point below 6.5, and based on a comparison with Tirz and Sema, it's likely below 5.

I've had BACs with concentrations of 5.5 and others at 6.5. I'm using the less acidic ones (6.5) for the Reta.

I'm waiting for a shipment of sterile PBS (phosphate buffer) to get closer to what Lilly puts in its pens. To be continued.

So, what's the deal with this? You took already reconned Reta and mixed with new BAC? If so, that would dilute the crap out of it.
