1 Month KPV Update

I wanted to provide an update since I decided to cycle off for a couple of weeks. It has only been 4 days and all of my joint and hip pain have come roaring back. I am thinking about going back on already. It could just be a coincidence but I haven't done anything out of the ordinary that should cause pain. I am going to research to see if there are any issues with staying on KPV long term then weight the risk vs reward.
Are you running anything else? I was reading around KPV great for masking the problems but to run others to actually fix the underlying issues like BPC etc

After 3 months on Tirz and making sure I was past all the side effects, I decided to add in KPV for it's anti-inflammatory potential. I noticed improvements in inflammation almost immediately on Tirz and wanted to see if I could optimize it even further. I am doing .5(500mcg) first thing in the morning. I started to see results after about 5 days. Zero ISR or side effect so far.

Very noticeable:
  • Easier to get out of bed without any warming up. I used to sit on the bed, gently rolling my ankles around, moving my knees a little etc before putting weight on my legs. Now I just jump up.
  • Hip pain that used to wake me up if I rolled over on it while sleeping is gone.
  • Capral tunnel/wrist pain was almost gone by the 20 day mark. I still get an occasional ping of pain if I lift something heavy.
  • I am not as sore after softball or playing with the kids. (I up my dose to 1mg on days I have active plans. maybe 2x a week as needed)
  • More energy, planted a garden, hauled bags of soil, bent over a lot and felt just a little sore the next day. This would have knocked me out for 2 or 3 days before.
Not sure if it is related
  • Weight loss increased back up to 1.2 lb a week once I added in KPV with no change to Tirz dose. I had settled in at about .5 a pound a week.
  • Stomach issues are much better especially acid reflux
  • Hands seem to work better, less finger cramping and I can see my knuckles again. Less inflamation. (Not sure if this is the Tirz or KPV and I just didn't notice earlier)
  • Easier to wake up, not lounging in bed as long.
I know we are all just trying to figure out what works for us with very little human trail science to go on so thought I would share.
So great to read this THANK YOU!
I’ve been reading up on KPV and I believe that will be my next pep. I have been on T1rz for 5 months and lost 30 lbs. I have had 3 back surgeries one TKR and major shoulder repair. I am too dang young to feel this old. Lol My knee still swells 3 years after replacement no matter how much I exercise. I have MCAS due to Alpha Gal. 1st two months on T1rz inflammation left but now it’s back I’m hoping this calms down the MCAS

It will definitely help. I only have it on my scalp. Another thing I found incredible results with is dropping seed oils. I also have eczema on 2 fingers that flares up and it is 100% triggered by seed oils. When I eat out it goes haywire. I noticed some restaurants don't use seed oils so I put them to a test and sure enough, no flare up. This includes the scalp psoriasis. Good luck healing your skin.
Seed oils are the cause of so many ailments. When we go to events (we race) we are there for 2-4 days. We eat at the vendor food trucks and I almost always come home sick my face breaks out and I don’t feel well until it’s al out of my system.

💯. I can totally feel it, too. Mostly my skin but my whole body feels it. I avoild them like the plague. When I eat out, I try to stick to the places that don't use them. Suprisignly, Buffalo Wild Wings, and some Popeye's don't use them. There is also a really yummy mexican food chain in SoCal that doesn't use them and we eat there often.

Due to having Aloha GalI try to take most of my food with me but that fried catfish vendor gets me every time and I pay for it every time lol we do have one Hawaiian Asian flare vendor which I love. His food is so clean. I frequent him first throughout the course of an event.
