Stacking Tirz + Reta. Any tips?

Reta works but Tirz helps with inflammation, I don’t want to lose that benefit.
Interesting. I haven't read any studies or testimonials that tirzapatide does more for inflammation. Is it the GIP agonist that does this? Retatrutide also has GIP receptor agonism.

Did you know retatrutide, using the Glucagon agonist, pretty much eliminates liver fat which is a major contributor to inflammation?

So today I will take my next dose of Tirz. Still haven't decided how to move forward.

Take 10mg and be happy?
Take 10mg and introduce 0,5-1mg reta today or later in the week?
up my dose of Tirz to 12,5mg?

Decisions decisions....

Don't forget the caloric deficit, I think of it as a three-headed monster. Peptide, diet, and exercise. If you find the right balance you can ween yourself off the peptides when you get closer to your goal weight. Consistency is key!! You've got this!
I am four pounds below goal and I am not weaning myself off. This is a lifetime project for me.

I actually feel the same way. I am 40 pounds down, but I still have 45 more pounds to go. I have a nice stash of supplies and a great workout/dieting plan. Just happy to be in a forum with like-minded people.

Introduce Reta you won’t be sorry
Yes I have decided to. Just don't know which day and how much. Thinking about Wednesday as I took my 10mg tirz yesterday and 0,5mg or 1mg reta. Still losing weight while eating 2900 calories a day and over 200g protein and weight lifting 5 days a week.
