Don't forget Hydration! Can't begin to tell you how many times I stopped A fib in it's tracks in the field with a bag of fluid.I think that the very basics of ensuring you're getting good nutrition is a methylated B12 complex (igennus is a good brand), a trace mineral complex (nutricost makes a good one), and magnesium glycinate or magnesium malate. NOW foods is a trusted brand. For glycinate, I prefer Doctor's Best.
And ideally you should be supplementing a little extra potassium. You can get it from psilium husk or bananas. There are drink mixes that have plenty, but you have to make sure the price is right. Or you can just buy no salt at the store and use that in your food or mix it with water.
In addition, Ubiquinol is a good addition for the heart specifically. Don't buy Qunol brand, and honestly I'm not sure I would trust nutricost for that one. NOW foods is about the only safe bet these days, life extensions and a few others.
Hell yeah! Im eating drastically less....like 1200 or less, but more often under 1k. I know it's not good but I dont feel like im starving myself, and feel like im eating about the same just lower cal meals. My worry with doing this is vitamin and mineral decificits....and gall stones! LOL 🥹 im taking a One A Day Pro Edge and calcium. I think I need to test my blood and then try and dial in a supplement protocol. I know I'll piss most of it out, but if I can get the body what it needs even in small doses....well thats better than it not getting any of it.I think that the very basics of ensuring you're getting good nutrition is a methylated B12 complex (igennus is a good brand), a trace mineral complex (nutricost makes a good one), and magnesium glycinate or magnesium malate. Maybe TMI....if I dont drink at minimum 1.5(ish) gallon, my poops get a little hard to push out. Usually the squatty potty does its thing and pooping is no issue LOL but ive noticed on Mon/Tues after a weekend when I dont get the 1.5(ish) Friday/Sat/Sun Ill notice it in those couple days after.Don't forget Hydration! Why not? That's what I'm on, 200mg/day because of statins.Don't buy Qunol brand
Qunol is by far the best Coq10 out there. Why not? That's what I'm on, 200mg/day because of statins.
Qunol has been caught faking products, most notably magnesium, along with Double Wood, Nutricost, and many other brands. See the attached image, all of the companies highlighted in red FAILED testing for the amount of magnesium glycinate that they failed to contain. When you search for supplements on Amazon, any number of the recommended brands are low quality and known for lying. Why not? That's what I'm on, 200mg/day because of statins.

Hey, you guys know how when a cat hears something skitter that might turn out to be something they want to either play with or stare at, its ears do that funny flight-takeoff move? Well my ears are not actually doing that, but if I were a cat, they would be.Hey...can you reply to my PM. Im guessing no...but wanna double check before I decide what to do next
