Transitioning from Reta to Triz?

Hi everybody!

I'm currently on 12mg reta with 0.5mg cag and I'm looking to transition to a triz first regiment. I want to continue to stack some reta and cag with it but want to know if anyone has some transitioning advise. Any and all info graciously appreciated!

I transitioned from tirz to reta, lost 55 pounds on tirz in 6 months, had a 30 day plateau where I was stuck at the same weight as soon as I started my first 4 weeks of reta at 7.5mg, then within 2 weeks after the plateau I dropped 16 pounds. I increased my dose of reta to 12.5mg & have stayed on that & am continuing to shed weight. Goal weight's 160-175 area. Good luck!!

While I haven't done it, numerous threads where it looks like just swapping 1mg reta for 1mg tirz every week or every other week.
