Stupid shit keeps happening

My phone locked up so I had to restore it. I thought I had my Exodus wallet 12 word pass phrase written down. Well I didn't. 😭😭😭😭 Now I lost money. Money is hard to come by in our house so this is bad.
My crazy life is truly a mess. Lots of stuff going on with health issues and stuff. It's like I can't think! This is one of my stupid things I've done I can't fix. 😭😭😭 I hate Exodus!
I'm about to throw in the towel and give up.

I'm sorry that happened. It's one of the reasons I hate that people constantly suggest using Exodus, all other proper wallets have onboarding that somewhat forces you to write down the seed phrase, and people on here will argue it's not important.

Hope you don't give up.

Exodus sure as hell does!
You have to go through about 10 minutes of re-affirming"yes I wrote down my seed phrase" over and over in every imaginable way until it let's you move on.
It was maddening!
Nobody could possibly miss it.

It's not that I missed it! I was sure I wrote it down. I probably lost it. Story of my life.

Which one do you use?

I use Phantom because I mostly use SOL for buying but it's a good all around wallet. If using ETH or other EVM networks exclusive then my suggestion is Rabby or Base.

I’m really sorry this happened, and I hope your troubles have an end soon.

I’m assuming that if money was in your wallet that it was already dedicated for peptide purchases? (I only keep pep cash in crypto, bill money is still in my bank account). Hopefully this means you’ll still be able to pay for regular expenses? I hope you have enough medication to get by until you can refund a wallet!

Yes it was for a order. I will most likely run out before I can get it. But that's fine I'll be ok. It didn't affect my regular household expenses.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. I too made a blunder when I first started messing with crypto and sent $250 to somewhere....no clue where. I know it wasn't much but like you I have a budget. I only have X amount of pep money so its sickening when ya can't get it back.

I use Trust wallet. It automatically backs up my seed phrase wherever I point it to. Seems pretty intuitive and swaps or network selection are just a tap.
