These test strips are more useful. They're accurate to a quarter of a unit around 7, which is exactly what we're looking for.

And you can also test your urine to see if you're eating enough vegetables 😉

The device will work very well, but you need to clean it after each use with distilled water and recalibrate it at least once a year using reference solutions (you can find them cheaply on AliX).
