I've sent a couple of emails around, the smallest I've seen is 5ml, but I have not gotten a reply back from the few I emailed. I think they might just be selling in bulk or something.

No, the other ones aren't evacuated

Do you trust that the ones sold on Amazon are sterile, or are you sterilizing them yourself?
