The amount of bac doesn't matter for mg, but for the volume of the puck. Most vials only hold 3-5 ml of liquid and that is enough to dissolve it. Most people use far less. Most of what you buy will dissolve in 1ml.
I would suggest you do little research, find a recommended peptide calculator and learn how to use it before you hurt yourself.
Broski I am not going to hurt myself normally I need to take a 15mg tirz dose to even quiet my food noise... ive been injecting for 8 months.. i was just curious is more water better... i can add 1ml to my vial or should i add 2 ml i know how to calculate the bac ml to mg just thought that maybe more water is needed on higher dose vials.. No need to be hostile, you came in asking a basic question, and seemed to think 100 ml of water was a reasonable amount. You came off as new so they responded as if you were new.
You'll want to use a peptide calculator. Try https://primepeptides.co/pages/peptide-calculator. You'll usually end up using at least one mL of bacteriostatic water. Generally speaking, you won't need more BAC water if you using at least one ML of bacteriostatic water. I've never seen a peptide delivered in a vial that can hold as many mL as you have suggested. I'll assume you're using tirzepatide. Assuming your vials really do contain 30 mg of tirzepatide, I'd probably add 1.5 mL of BAC water. That would result in each unit on a syringe (which correspond to .01 mL) containing .2 mg of tirzepatide. If you wanted to take 2.5 mg, you'd divide 2.5 by .2. You then take 12.5 unit. If you wanted to take 5 mg, you'd divide 5 by .2, resulting in 25 units. Let's say you increased your dose and you're on a new, unreconstituted vial of 60 mg. You could stick with 1.5 mL of BAC water. However, each unit would now contain .4 mg of tirzepatide. Or you could add 3 ml of BAC water and stick to the .2 mg tirzepatide per unit.

FYI - For perspective all Zepbound and Mounjaro US shots are 0.50ml of fluid whether 2.5mg or 15mg. Doesn't mean you have to mirror that. Basically its however many ml it takes to dissolve the vial contents then do your math to determine dose.

I'm still on sema. I aim for 10u for a .25 dose, and dose between 5-10u (oyster gave me the confidence to play mad scientist.) I can't imagine a 50cc dose, that sounds huge! (I've also never seen a real pen, so had no idea what they looked like starting.)
I will bump up from 1 ML to 2 ML per 60 MG. I will use that moving forward. Thank you!
Got to love Wiki, etc. Nursing fundamentals. Read up on water injections, and isotonic. Its about a solution being isotonic, in balance with the tissue where injected, to avoid damage, and help the flow thru the cell membranes. To have a similar balance of solutes as the blood in case it is injected directly into a vein. Too low and is called hypotonic. Solutes and solvents (my biology class was such a long time ago). Blood is 90-92% water. Still searching for a formula.
