[ADMIN REMARK: I am leaving this thread here for posterity, but be aware that the problem was resolved. The person who posted this was not familiar with the nuances of working with Chinese vendors and was impatient. They came here, caused trouble and then have not been back since he got his solution.]

Sent SRY $300 for their promo 2 T30 kits.

The transaction is 100% confirmed on-chain, yet SRY falsely claims they never received the funds. Instead of resolving the issue, they keep giving me the runaround instead of making it right.
This is a huge red flag and suggests deceptive or scam-like practices. If they can do this to me, they can do it to others.
DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY! Avoid buying from SRY at all costs. Spread the word and protect others from being scammed.

I could just be lucky, but I've ordered from them twice and never had an issue. Both times through simo and used usdt.
I understand, I also used Simo but my money are sitting in their wallet for 2 weeks. I paid and i did not get what I paid for. So i consider this a scam. Any company worth their reputation and integrity would take responsibility and resolve payment issues instead of misleading customers and giving them the runaround.

What are they saying the issue is?
They are saying they can't find the money. I just don't think that should be my problem. I followed their instructions, sent them the money, showed them the transaction. Money is in their wallet.

Have you reached out to Alan, he is the bossman? I have found just dropping his name gets the sales reps into action. "should I check directly with Alan?". In your case since its been a while, I would go direct to him with a post including @Alan in the general chat channel.

I have had good and sometimes even great experiences with SRY.

Yeah Alan and another 20 people are already involved. There was a big discussion on a couple of discord servers plus an investigation by Krysia. Stairmaster1 also messaged Alan to make it right. Nothing seems to work. I don't know what else to do except post about this everywhere. There is another person who is in my position - Puzzle. They took his/hers $300 also.

I didn't know they took pyusd. But yeah, if they said they take pyusd and then can't figure it out. I do agree they should make it right. I hope they make it right for you.
That is what I was wondering as well. I have done at least a half dozen crypto transactions with SRY, and never once saw them mention they take PYUSD. I have to wonder if the OP thought any USD-like crypto currency was valid and sent to their address. When I review the transfers on Solscan, I see almost always USDT, USDC, and SOL being sent to that wallet, with almost no PYUSD. I could be looking wrong, as I am surely no expert in crypto. But, I am guessing this is just a case not following specific instructions. I would ask the OP to post where they agreed to accept PYUSD?

Like I said there is no confusion. This has been going on for a while, a lot of people involved. There is no doubt SRY are in the wrong here.

Appreciate that. The screenshot evidence avoids the whole "He's a new user, probably a troll" discussion that was likely to ensue. Looks pretty clear to me. I hope they make you whole. I can't imagine they are trying to just take your money and run. Certainly, they could do that with much bigger fish. So, I will hope for an update where they take care of you. They usually do own up to their mistakes.

Did Alan confirm that they can accept PyUSD?

Sometimes the reps (and I have used Simo before) don't really understand crypto and will pretty much say anything to get the sale. I typically use USDT and also transfer using Exodus that flags if there is anything wrong with the address I am trying to send $$ to.

They have $1500 in PYUSD in that account, so I assume they have accepted it before. I did not check with Alan beforehand, i thought triple-checking with Simo before sending would be enough.

No one should have to go to Alan to verify if their sales reps are giving bad instructions. He should own up to his reps mistakes and make him whole. In the end, as Crypto Rasheed Wallace once said, "The blockchain don't lie". OP was told they could send PYUSD to Solana address. OP sent PYUSD to Solana Address. Give the OP his peps! There are other transactions to that account in PYUSD and at least one withdrawal, so it can't be "lost".

That sucks. Thanks fire sharing your experience.

Regardless of others experience and the company history SRY is off my list. You clearly presented your case, elevated the issue, they are leaving you hanging. Bad business doesn't get my business. Period.

Man, what's crazy is this is getting attention on other servers. I'm not the only person who will take them off my vendor list. I haven't looked at STG yet but I'm gonna be paying attention to how that server reacts.

Hope it gets resolved now that more eyes or watching 👀

I never had a problem with SRY.

Even if they don't accept PYUSD, but a representative told you they do, they should honor the deal since you're out the money. I often take the vendor's side; I also don't want them scammed. Here however the buyer received assurances that they accept PYUSD.

@randompeptoname Do you have the transaction ID as proof that you sent it to the wallet they provided? When I first purchased I paid in bitcoin and the rep Lisa tried telling me the same thing and kept demanding a screenshot of the transaction. I must have sent her the transact ID about 4 times. I have never had a source ask me for a screenshot for a bitcoin transaction. She needs to get with the times

I agree, no one should HAVE to go to Alan to get support, but here we are.

Lucy kept me up until 4am in multiple crypto swaps (up to 30min processing time each) emailing me various wallet addresses that weren't compatible with payment types (example - she'd ask for USDT Tron in an email with a Solana address). That was back late December and it's taken me this long to clean up all the crypto dust caused by it.

Crypto isn't the problem. Fluid acceptable payment methods by these duck and cover vendors is the problem.

Then we have to remember we're buying drugs and every day can't be pink! 🩷

Please keep us updated on your situation @randompeptoname. I resisted their 2x 20mg/$200 Promo because of your experience.

This is why I use Alibaba Pay and PayPal. Then there is at least a possibility of getting your money back. Either as a refund form the 3P payment processing or the vendor out of fear that they will jeopardize their 3P account. I’ve never had a problem with SRY and used the 3P for 3 orders with them.

The only thing that I would add is that I would give a grey vendor plenty of opportunity to fix the problem before asking for my money back from Alibaba Pay or PayPal.

Just when you think you have crypto figured out the networks swoop in an jack everything up. You must be certain you are sending on the same network as the reciepient. Ethereum or Solana, if not the same, crap like this happens. Either side can screw it up.
