I'm glad they eventually decided to send you your stuff, but the fact that it literally took several weeks of talking to multiple different reps plus the boss AND more than one victim posting on multiple forums about it to call attention to it just solidifies my decision that I wouldn't spend my money with them even if they were offering a T700000000 promotion for 99 cents.Looks like there will be a resolution after all!

These people won’t respond. They used the forum to make noise and then disappeared once they got their way. I think Alan would have fixed it without all of that.
