I’m so glad to be here! Longtime reader and sometimes poster on Reddit and have been using Glp1 for about 10 months. Started at my (non pregnant) lifetime highest weight of 211, spent a lot of the last 5-6 months not watching diet and stagnating. Spent way too much $$ on compound. Finally decided to add Reta (from Skye) and actually watch my diet. Have dropped about 7# this month and am now around 184. Ultimate goal is to be a size 8/ around 140-130#. Hoping that will be possible by this fall (at current rate it appears doable!)

I get pretty annoying ISR (itchy red welts) so I took a few weeks totally off before restarting with my current tirz/reta combo. Have had success so haven’t gone up in dose just yet. Currently splitting dose weekly (weds and Saturday) and doing 1.5 Reta and 3 tirz each split.

It’s time to get that pack and have my meds lined up for the rest of the year.

Oh I’ve also been taking oral NAD+ and
Want to look into adding that as well.

For funsies, my hobbies are sourdough baking and learning makeup over age 40!

I don't recall seeing many ISR from GLPs but I am sure there are some. On other peps like glow ipa tesa are just a few, ISR is more common. I would check the pH on your mix and use a good quality BAC.
