Hey everyone,

I got a 10-vial kit of 24mg Retatrutide from Nexaph, still sealed in powder form, stored in a mini fridge (not frozen). Planning to start at 1mg/week, maybe move up to 2mg depending on tolerance.

I’ve seen COAs from Janoshik in their Telegram showing 99%+ purity, but I’m still waiting on the OAC for my specific batch.

Main questions:

  • Has anyone here already pinned Nexaph’s Reta without the OAC?
  • How did you feel after 1mg? Any unexpected sides?
  • Is it generally safe to inject this stuff if the COAs look clean?
  • I’m new to pinning — just want to be sure I’m not risking anything crazy here.
  • I’ll be using BAC water, 31G insulin syringes, sterile handling, and microdosing first.

Appreciate any feedback or experiences. Just trying to be safe and smart. Thanks

I started with a 12 mg Nexaph kit.

I started low to assess sides.
Week 1 was 1/2 mg on Sun, 1/2 mg on Thur - to be honest, I didn't feel much of anything.
Week 2 was 1 mg on Sun, and with this dose I started to feel stuff
-some food noise dampening, a decrease in appetite, mostly because I felt fuller faster.
On week 4 I pinned 2 mg on Sunday, and this seemed where it really kicked in.

YMMV

I'm in week 5 now, I'm down 12 lbs.

Amazing good stuff

Jeez .5 and 1mg.... I started at 4mg and went to 6mg a week later then added 1mg of sema.... stayed on this 6 weeks and went right back to tirz at 7.5mg then 10.5 a week later....

Yeah I was just being cautious at first for safety reasons, since it’s my first time pinning anything like this. But after seeing all the feedback and how legit the stuff looks, I’m starting to feel confident. Might bump it straight to 2mg on my first dose and see how I respond.

I'm also a fool and risk taker.... I'm 5'9", 230 and a slow responder so I start sema at 1mg, tirz at 6mg and reta at 4mg, but I'm retarded so don't follow me, some do amazingly well for many months on a tiny dose. As for naxaph I was reluctant at first and unimpressed with the sema till I got to 1.5mg, reta I didn't feel but could eat more and still lose a pound or two a week. Got some tirz from him in freezer and now consider they're stuff as some of the better product. Don't know if my asc or lspl is good and I'm having mixed results with HK, one vial potent and next one it's hunger pangs constantly.

For storage, I currently have the vials in the freezer—unopened, sealed, and still inside the original box (see attached photo). This is the powder form of retatrutide.

Just want to confirm: is this the proper way to store it for maximum shelf life?

My plan is to take out one vial when needed, reconstitute it with BAC water, and then store that vial in the fridge. Does that sound right? I want to make sure I don’t mess anything up.

This is a solid plan! You got this.

I’m only taking 1mg for maintenance and have typical side effects. No reason not to start low for a month and see how you respond.

I started at 1 mg because I was worried about the heart rate issues ( My RHR went up 10 points just on Sema.) I did 1 mg for 2 weeks then went up to 2mg for 3 weeks. I'm now on 4mg and the funny thing is that my heart rate has gone down to pre- Sema levels so I was worried about nothing! There's no harm in being cautious- this is not a race and we'll all hopefully get to the same result in the end!

Likely fine.

In a regular freezer I would try to store them so that they have insulating mass around them - freeze/thaw cycles can cause any moisture in the vials to repeatedly crystallize and potentially damage peptides. I would not trust pharma lyophilized stuff to be perfectly dry, much less grey market. But if you use them in the short to medium term, any damaged peptides are likely to be negligible in overall quantity.

If you're storing multiple years worth because you're stocking up, it might be time to think about something that goes colder. I went for the middle ground option and got a freezer that goes to -40F, but a decent amount of people have opted for used vaccine freezers that go down to -80. It'll outlive you in one of those.

How much Bac water are you using for this ⬆️⤴️❓

I have been pinning Nexaph Reta for a few months now and lost over 30lbs. I have purchased multiple batches of 24 and 12 each. I started at 2mg a week and moved up to 6mg over 3 months. I haven't had many side effects and feel pretty good.

I got my first order from them 3 weeks ago and zero appetite suppression. I tried to post on their telegram and my post was denied by mods 🙄.

My intention wasn't too complain or to start anything but to ask for advice or thoughts on something I might have been doing wrong.

Reta is said to have less appetite suppression than sema and tirz. If you are still on a low dose of reta, little or no suppression is not unusual.

Everyone has a different ride.

IMHO the mods should have let the post through, they may have been overly sensitive about a perceived critique of the product. You can get help here, though.

I went on Etsy and had a few peptide storage containers 3D printed for my freezer. PhatCat3dStudio and Pepholders have some really nicely designed storage containers.

I decided I needed some better storage because I went down the rabbit hole bought a lot of peptides. I have at least 24 vials of Tirz from Nex, a few vials left of Tirz from Ammo(first grey purchase), 8 vials of 5mg Cag from Nex, 9 vials of Reta from Nex, 8 vials of Survo from PGB, 5 vials of Tesa/IPA from QSC, 7 vials of BPC-157/TB500 from QSC.

Yup that will do , as you have heard you can get crafty on how you store them but freezer is best for storage , out of heat and light . Fridge is good once using .

Just a tip , when ready to use your vile let the product acclimate to room temp before adding BAC water. I've read plenty of people not being patient and messing up their product.

That's why I came here! 😊
I'm on tirz though. Maybe I just need to go up at a quicker pace. I just didn't want to get myself to a point where I was building resistance too quickly.
