USDT is stable, Bitcoin is not. Financing a crypto purchase (credit card) is like getting a loan in a casino... No bueno!
PayPal and Coinbase are great places to start and even with a direct ACH deposit lengthy holds can be involved. It's best to have funds available in your crypto wallet before dealing with a vendor. You'll need to open a wallet (like Exodus) and make your purchases from that, not the crypto exchange (Coinbase, PayPal etc).

I frequently buy small amounts of PYUSD (crypto, also stable) in my PayPal account which is linked to my bank account. Funds are available to transfer in minutes to my wallet choosing Solana or Ethereum where I can convert it to the vendor's acceptable crypto method. Ends up costing pennies.
I take money saved from dining out or groceries and make the crypto buys. When a vendor promo pops up that I can't resist I can cinch the deal quickly.
