I was on 2mg tirz but it worked phenomenally. And then I found out about grey market and retatrutide. Decided to buy a reta kit from nexaph but not feeling the reta at all yet which I understand is normal. Should I stay on tirz 2mg while I titrate up?

Generally speaking, hell yes 🙂 I would rather add than take away what has worked, at least until everything is copasetic. I don't know anything about reta dosing though since I haven't tried it yet.

So tirz worked phenomenally but you wanted to try something different? WHY?
If something is working why change it?

I also lift weights, so retatrutide gives better nutrient partitioning for both weight loss and weight gain. Meaning more fat is used than muscle during a cut. Also better energy, which helps a lot since I work construction and am a dad of a young child, not to mention the gym

I get that. One month on Tirz and I feel weak in the gym and I’m trying to eat so much protein and still.

What dose are you on with Reta? Most people have to wait for it to compound in your system so usually by 4th week you may see something happening. I’m switching myself and plan to start at .5mg and go up very slowly. With Reta, the more you take the better results- peak results are around 3-4mg but take your time getting there.

2mg. What's weird is I can feel the reta when I take it on top of my tirz, but I cannot feel the reta alone. It seems the average answer for when people stsrt feeling it is 4-8mg a week. I just thought since I responded so quick to tirz maybe I'd respond well to reta. I'm just gonna leave in the 2mg tirz until I get into the range mentioned above and try again. If not then I know for whatever reason reta isn't for me. Just like lifting weights glp 1s have a learning curve too as I'm finding out quickly. There's more to reta vs tirz than one has glucagon and the other doesn't it seems.

It's the best thing I could have done! I have my life energy back, no more exhaustion, no more constant headache, I can look at food without revulsion, while the fat continues to melt off, even after a day of indulgence (as much as one are able to on a glp-1).

When I wanted to switched over I had the same questions as you. Everybody told me how cautious I should be, I got advice such as, first titrate down, start at the bottom again, even suggesting super low starting dosages such as 0.5mg, because of "how strong it is". Double stack low doses with tirz at first, cause you know - "the dreaded food noise will come back on reta!"

At that point I was on 5mg tirz. I decided to throw caution to the wind, and started reta on a conservative higher low dose of 2.5mg (my supplier uses the same dosage protocol as tirz), and waited for this "terrible strong glucagon to create havoc on my body" - nothing! I felt great! The next week I went up to 5mg, and I still felt great. I worried for nothing, I probably would have been fine going straight over to 5mg reta as well.

I don't have food noise on reta, I have the same suppression I had on tirz, I can eat just as little on reta as I could on tirz, I stay full just as long as I did on tirz - but I have more life energy, and that's EVERYTHING. I should have started on reta, like I initially wanted to, and not listened to the "always start at the bottom glp-1" crowd.

Good luck!

Congrats. The other side is that when I went from 1 mg to 1.5 mg of Reta, I wound up projectile shitting across the bathroom and into the hallway when I went to puke. lol. It never hurts to be cautious.

Sorry, I can't resist... (And I wanna beat @scarywood75 and @chmuse )

That's your intro post?

So did it push you towards toilet or hall is what I wanted to ask!?

This is a tough one to overlook- so i spoke with my friendly HAL, and this is what I was told:

Yes, releasing gas in space, including farts, can technically propel you, but it would be a very slow and inefficient method of movement. The gas diffusing outwards carries a small amount of backwards momentum, which in turn exerts a force, pushing the individual forward.

Here's why it's not a practical way to travel in space:
  • Low Momentum:
The amount of gas in a fart is relatively small, and the resulting force is also small. You wouldn't be able to generate enough thrust to move a significant distance or change speed noticeably.
  • Unfocused Propulsion:
Farts are not directed; they spread out in all directions. To use gas for propulsion, you'd ideally want a focused stream of gas, like from a nozzle.
  • More Efficient Options:
In space, there are much more efficient ways to move around, such as using specialized equipment or propulsion systems designed for that purpose.
In essence, while a fart in space does exert a tiny force, it's not a reliable or effective method of personal propulsion.

OMG I laughed...!!! sorry it probably wasn't funny at the time, but how you described it 😂😂😂😂😂
I look back with a smile.

We all start our journey from somewhere.

The worst was that I felt constipated before, so I chose to turnaround and face the toilet. Looking back, I would do things differently. Maybe use a trashcan. I’m just fortunate no carpet was involved.

To respond to Hal, it wasn’t the gas that pushed me forward to the toilet, it was something with a bit more splash.

It’s good to know that stinky steam is an ineffective propulsion method. I was thinking of getting to work that way, guess I’ll have to go back to cycling.
