Hospira BAC Availability

Is there a particular BAC water on this site that does not have this requirement?

It says $279 for me. Any other remaining hospira water in the market ?

It shows as $222.50 when I look at it, but who’s counting. That’s a huge increase in price. Just about 10 days ago it was $112.00 and a short time before that it was $75.

I mean they are both Hospira/Pfizer , but will try and see what happens.
 
I had just purchased 2 cases of the bac water.
then when i tried to go bac and order some more to just top off my stock. they were like "nah fam, we filling larger orders first"
Think i paid $95 case..
didn't even know what was happening and then i saw everything. luckily i bought the 2. gives me time to wait it out till it stabilizes again.
just gonna look into making own bac water.
seems fairly easy.

but what gives... whats the whole reason why it jumped?

I think it has to do with customers needing a medical license or prescription to purchase.

I just applied to get access to a catalog with my RN license. and supply shop is keeping reg price. so.. I'm hoping to stock up if not already found my sources for the benz alcohol, and sterile waters.

That's awesome!!! Did you have to explain anything to them or did they just take ypur license number? I'm asking, because I have a license too. I didn't think of it. I'm excited, now!

True. Hey, I don't know what you're mixing, but @zpped mention that the sodium chloride doesn't mix well with reta. I'm just giving you a heads up.

If there’s Anything I’ve learned on Peptides and GLP forums and channels, it’s that one never, and I mean Never, question Hospira BAC in any way.
Whether you’re using sewage water or something that’s claimed to be better than Hospira BAC (for pep. recon.) in any way by a higher power that suddenly appeared and was witnessed by 1 billion people on the planet we live on… you just say that Hospira BAC is the Only thing you have ever and will ever use to recon. Anything with. Anything other than that is a bigger NO-NO than claiming the planet isn’t flat in a flat-earther forum, cheating on someone… hell, even committing a crime!)

I don't think it's a matter of "not questioning" Hospira BAC water as much as it is having confidence that it's safe and within the designated pH range. I am also not aware of any other brand of BAC water being available in the US that is regulated and approved by the FDA although I could be wrong.

There have been a lot of issues with BAC water from places like Amazon where you really have no idea what you're buying, if it contains the right concentration of benzyl alcohol (if any at all), and if it was prepared in a proper aseptic environment. There are too many "I drink water, I can make BAC water!" fly-by-nighters out there mixing stuff up in their kitchen (or bathroom), sticking it in vials and selling it to the unsuspecting public (remember when the QualityPure brand of BAC water who tried to imitate Hospira down to the vials and slightly miscolored flip caps ended up being contaminated with - I want to say botulism but I'm not certain?)

Then there's concern with the handful of peptides that are particularly sensitive to the pH of the solution being used where using BAC water that's too acidic or alkaline for the peptide can end up ruining an expensive vial of peptides with a few pennies worth of water.

Honestly, if Hospira BAC water does indeed become unobtanium, I'll just switch to sterile water for injection and not worry about it because I don't live in a sewer and I practice good hygiene. It also seems like most of the Chinese are getting better with BAC water quality and consistency so that's probably going to remain a decent option as long as there is periodic independent lab testing to keep them honest.
 
I imagine if there becomes significant demand for BAC water and customers make it clear they'll pay for good stuff and not the shitty stuff, the Chinese sources will be able to deliver quality product.

Right now there's just not any pressure for them to do it. But the whole "making peptides and lyophilizing them" thing is way harder than sterilizing, adding BA to, and adjusting the pH of water.

Yes. First time. Used 25ml out of one bottle this month. Found no noticeable difference, maybe injection sites are less visible (or my skin is getting used to the pinning). Experimenting as Lilly does have Nacl in their pens (isotonic).
 
@ZippityDooDah Yup, how correct you are.
And, botulism? What?! If that’s indeed what it was, then.. I mean, either neglect beyond belief, or someone was consciously out after hurting innocent people. (I’m sure that we all hope that it was something else. Anything. :S )

I must say, I’m loving all the reading on this forum, everything from how nice (most) and helpful people are.. to all the knowledge, tips and tricks that some of the more subject-savvy and experienced members share with us all. Kudos.
 
When I read from @zpped that reta doesn't like sodium chloride, I took it as if, the peptide and sodium chloride was not very compatible with each other. It could be anyone of things, loss of efficacy, premature breakdown of the peptide, to any adverse reactions.
