Hi everyone, my name is Tatiana. I'm from Dallas, Texas where it's nearly 2 am here. I cannot sleep so I figured typing here could help me fall asleep.

I’ve been quietly reading for a while, but tonight I can’t sleep. Maybe the two glasses of red I had earlier weren’t such a great idea.

Welcome! Red does the opposite to me. It's my favorite drink on a long flight to put me right to sleep.

. Lizzy Hill has 2 versions of Yoga Nidra, short and longer.
When I can’t sleep I do a Yoga Nidra. It helps. I also found some sleep gummies that work and don’t make me feel hung over the next day.

Some recommendations worth reading on for better sleeping are:

-Magnesium L-Threonate
-Dsip plus Epitalon as a nasal spray

Im going to research both since my sleep has gotten worst after tirz

I haven't done much research on Magnesium Glycinate, but I believe it is better for sleep than Magnesium L-Threonate. I take Magnesium L-Threonate twice a day for cognitive function, AM and PM. It crosses the blood brain barrier, which Glycinate does not. I have not noticed any sleep benefits from it.

I use a Whoop, out of many things it does monitoring sleep quality is one. The biggest thing I have noticed is eating late, especially carbs or sugar, destroys my sleep. I dont drink but I imagine it does the same.

Exactly what I thought too! I thought drinking wine would knock me out but it did the opposite instead.

Welcome! I’ve had my share of late-night scrolls too. Red wine doesn’t always help like you think it will! Hope you managed to get some rest.
Hi there. I did eventually doze off after putting on a andrea bocelli cd. i really thought the wine would help me fall asleep. It had been a stressful night, so I figured a glass of wine would be a good way to end the day.

I have a hard time sleeping these days after any alcohol, red, white, or beer coloured. Welcome though!

Same here since I started on Tirz, after week 3 of 2.5mg also having sleep issues.

Try Ipamorelin if you need sleep.

Caffeine is another big one that folks don't think much about. Caffeine has a 1/2 life of 5-6 hours in your body. So a if you are drinking an energy drink or taking pre workout at 5pm that has 200 mg of caffeine in it you still have 100 mg of caffeine in you at 9pm -10pm. While you still might get sleep at night the quality of your sleep ( SWS and REM sleep) will definitely suffer.
