I wrote a welcome post yesterday, then looking at some other posts I see questions asked. So I am on trez and just started MOTS. I am looking for as much information as I can on anything that helps with nerve restoration or nerve pain. I have medical condition that cause tumors to grow on nerves. I have tried to find studies that have been done in the US and abroad. Any peptides that would affect RAS signaling would be amazing to find. Another part of medical condition is low muscle tone, so eventually would like to see if anything can help with that. I don't want to start more than one product at a time, would wait 4-6 weeks in-between to know if there is a negative reaction or positive. I also get blood work monthly so I can know if anything is out of wack, thanks again on any ideas.

Welcome! There's so much you can research here. Take your time and read through the threads. You can also Google to research as well. I wish that I had some advice to give you. Just know that I'm wishing you the best!

Semax and maybe Selank. Don't know if they would offer any relief in your case but Semax has neuroprotective properties so it might be worth reading about it. Im interested in neurons restoration and anything that has to do with fixing brain cells.

Thank you so much I have found NIH sites to be helpful, for information about studies that have started on humans and just weren't used as treatment because of clinical trials that have same or better results, and the pharmaceutical companies will pay for research so that helps with funding more. Like I found out NAD+ can turn on some proteins that accelerated some tumors so going to stay clear of that one. I try to find reputable information from more than one source before trying anything. But I look forward to what I can find out from members here.

Thank you will definitely looks into this one, I know for things to do with brain it has to cross blood brain barrier, but they are trickier to find and get information on. Just not one of the usuals. I am looking at brain restoration due to a head injury that still is causing issues. That and to help with memory, it seems to all go down hill after 40..lol. Please let me know if you find anything in research or if it something you try. Time line does not matter. And thanks for advice

As far as I know both semax and selank are able to cross the brain blood barrier. Recently I also came across Magnesium L-Threonate that some users on another forum suggested for better sleeping. It also cross the barrier and improves both short and long term memory. I have been looking around for ways to improve my sleep and will be trying a mix of Selank and Dsip nasal spray for better sleeping plus my son was diagnosed with CIS so anything that has to do with the brain and improving it gets my attention. I will definitely report on how it goes with the nasal spray for sleeping.

ARA-290 helps with nerve restoration and nerve pain (allegedly).
  • Clinical studies show ARA-290 effectively treats nerve pain in conditions like diabetes and sarcoidosis while actually repairing damaged nerves, not just masking symptoms.

Thank you, did not know about magnesium, I take a lot of capsules but don't absorb much. I am interested to see if the Dsip helps with sleep. Seems like I am tired until 8 pm then suddenly awake. Modafonil helps some but not enough.

Sorry about your son, I hope you can find something that helps. Would like to know if the spay helps with sleep, I take magnesium at night but it's not helping much, it's capsules so not sure if it is absorption issue. Look forward to hearing how things go
